Beautiful experience of staying in the mountains
The setting is ideal to recharge and the wellness area is a real plus before or after a day in the open air: SPA, swimming pool and jaccuzi ♥
The staff is welcoming, attentive which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The restaurant was not open during our stay but the breakfast was very tasty.
Only small downside: the soundproofing of windows on the street side could be improved because some external noises can be heard.
However, this did not ruin our stay, which overall remains very successful!
We will return without hesitation:):):)

Great hotel. Exceptional care.
The best, the attention received by the entire hotel team. All very friendly, friendly and smiling.
The worst part, the garage door because it's too small, or my car too big......
Great stay in the center of Font Romeu, very close to the chairlift.

Un immense merci pour ce retour si enthousiaste ! Nous sommes touchés de lire que vous avez passé un séjour merveilleux en famille parmi nous.
C'est une grande fierté pour toute notre équipe de voir que la récente rénovation de l'hôtel, l'ambiance chaleureuse de notre bar au coin du feu, ainsi que notre espace piscine et sauna ont pleinement contribué à votre bonheur. Vos mots doux à l'égard de notre personnel seront transmis à chacun : un sourire est toujours plus beau lorsqu'il est partagé !
Quant à l'accès au garage, l'emplacement privilégié de l'hôtel en plein centre-ville historique nous offre beaucoup de charme, mais impose parfois des infrastructures d'époque.
À très bientôt pour un nouveau séjour fantastique parmi nous.

Friendly hotel in the heart of Font Romeu
A few points to mention, however: the hotel is located near a busy street, which can make the nights a little noisy, especially with the doors that slam easily and the room that is very insulated. The carpeted floor and the rather noisy shower can also bother some travellers. Finally, the car park is Covered but very narrow, which makes it difficult to access.
Overall, a well placed hotel with a Good Welcoming, perfect for a short stay if you are not afraid of a little noise.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis sur notre établissement. Nous prenons note avec soin de vos remarques afin d'y trouver des solutions. Nous sommes situés au centre du village et il est vrai que la ferveur pendant la période estivale peut générer quelques nuisances sonores. C'est pour cette raison que nous avons équipé nos chambres de double vitrage afin d'isoler au mieux des bruits de la rue.
Tous les stationnements au centre de Font-Romeu sont payants, notre parking intérieur privatif a l'avantage d'être sécurisé et totalement réservé à nos clients. Etant situé en sous sol, il peut être nécessaire de faire quelques manœuvres .
Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour.
