Bad experience
They didn’t make our room, or replenish soap or toilet paper (we had to buy it ourselves). And at the time of asking we are surprised, apparently the maid did not come.
There is never anyone in reception! Check in is from 16:00 hrs and before is closed! Therefore there is no one to consult or ask for something.
While the guy at the reception (when he was) was friendly, he was very unresolving and before our (minimum) consultations he told us that we should be the ones calling the manager!

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed and more.
The staff was more than generous and hospitable.
I was traveling all over France and this hotel was the highlight of my journey. I look forward to visiting again.

Typical hotel in Frejus
Beautiful establishment, combining the charm of old and modern.
Very clean. Spacious and well appointed room.
The value for money is very good.
The young couple managing the establishment is very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is very well located, in the old Frejus, close to shops and the port.
The bedding is very good.
The only area to improve is breakfast. It consists of a pastry per person, biscuits, bananas, supermarket tea and homemade coffee. When you don’t eat biscottes, it’s a bit fair.
We paid two breakfasts the last days for nothing. We left for a visit at 7am,it started at 8am.We asked for a breakfast bag as a replacement,thing impossible.

Charming hotel with exemplary welcome located in the city center
Hearty breakfast with very fresh fruit, which is very appreciated.
The couple of managers, exceptional, and I weigh my words carefully, lavish constant attention on their customers (without ever being intrusive) as well as very enlightened advice on the region: the welcome of great finesse and a beautiful generosity of heart from this winning pair (managers) well deserves the 4 stars!
I 200% recommend Le Flore, especially to tourists who want to be well received and guided by reliable and honest people in the region.
Excellent hotel in terms of quality/price ratio!
