Very dirty room, no maintenance (see photo)
We had rented one with a terrace and jacuzzi, (we didn't set foot in it, lack of maintenance, questionable cleanliness…..) a thong was still on the terrace when we arrived…..
We asked to change rooms, there were none available, they quickly cleaned it again!!!!!!
terraces stuck to each other and separated simply by a privacy screen ….so to enjoy it peacefully, forget it!!!
I don't know the price my wife paid but certainly much too expensive when I see the indicated rates.

Horrible
I booked this hotel for one night in a suite with a jacuzzi for 169 euros. On the day of our arrival, the hotel called me saying that the shutter was broken and that they would either offer a discount or a cancellation without fees. I told them we were already on the road, so they gave us 20 euros off. We arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m., paid for our suite, and when we discovered our room, it was no longer a suite but a normal room in a deplorable state, with a dirty bathroom and a leaking toilet.
Jacuzzi full of sand, I think with bacteria, broken nightstand, spiderwebs everywhere, rusty shower, and to top it all off, the AC didn't work. So my husband went to find the person at the front desk, who clearly didn't care about us. We told them the photos were misleading and asked to be refunded so we could leave. They told us they would only refund 50 percent, even though we didn't stay in that room because it was so dilapidated and dirty. This hotel should be avoided and inspected by those who advertise it. It is unacceptable to sell such rotten rooms at this price.

Shameful
We wish to express our deep dissatisfaction regarding our stay at your establishment.
Upon our arrival, we discovered a room in an unacceptable condition. The ceilings were black with mold, the towel rack was ripped off, no towels were provided, and the window would not even close.
The hot tub was not working properly and was constantly overflowing because it was so full of water. Furthermore, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it is clearly stated that smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
Given the general condition of the premises, the building seemed completely abandoned, which is unworthy of an accommodation offered for booking.
We paid nearly €200 for one night for three people via Booking. Despite this, we are also being asked to pay for the stay again, which is totally unacceptable.
We believe that the services provided are very far from corresponding to the price paid and the expected standards. This experience is shameful and we request that a solution be found quickly, particularly regarding this request for double payment and a commercial gesture commensurate with the numerous inconveniences suffered.
