Excellent prix/qualité, propre, bonne litterie, près de l'aéroport.

Nice and standard B&B hotel with a secure parking and close to the airport. The airport noise was not a factor, room bedding and cleanliness were perfect. Restaurant next door and more restaurants and a supermarket available at 10min walk.
However, I would like to mention the service of the reception staff.
They were not just at 'standard' level, but acting in a most professional way, providing adequate and detailed information and this in a most friendly and sincere way! This experience was WAY ABOVE STANDARD and for a moment I thought I was at the reception of a 5 star hotel.
I insist this report to be mentioned and be forwarded to the B&B management
These people deserve my utmost respect and gratitude.
Overall a VERY GOOD first experience at this B&B Hotel.
I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Environment too insecure.

Decent hotel, but the immediate surroundings are truly miserable. You don't feel safe there. Plus, the gate doesn't work!

An excellent Erasmus

I was there on Erasmus.
At the reception there was only one guy, not very welcoming, but quick and helpful (even changing the rooms despite the error in booking them being ours).
Pleasant breakfast, fresh and abundant food.
The rooms were clean, simple but cozy, and soundproofed enough.
Ideal for those who want tranquility and to use it as a base for visiting Paris.

The hotel is far from any main public transportation, situated in a warehouse/industrial area not well maintained. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear all sounds from other neighbors. The morning banging of the doors are specially irritating, and while not on purpose, they end up waking up the rest of the floor! The breakfast is reasonable and inline with a hotel of this category.

The area was far from the air port and you need to pay for an Uber or taxi. The are isn’t clean staff is ok.
