We sincerely regret the discomfort you experienced with the room climate during your stay. While our historic building's architecture presents challenges for modern cooling systems, we provide fans in all rooms and maintain 24/7 staff availability to assist with immediate comfort needs. Wij waarderen het zeer dat u onze ontbijten, diner en de vriendelijkheid van ons team als aangenaam hebt ervaren. Het doet ons genoegen dat u de netheid en de gunstige ligging van ons hotel langs de snelweg heeft weten te waarderen bij uw tussenstop.
Tegelijkertijd merken wij uw opmerkingen over de afmetingen van de kamer en het bedcomfort op. Onze kamers zijn voorzien van recente Simmons matrassen, die doorgaans positieve beoordelingen ontvangen. Wij begrijpen dat de ruimte en inrichting persoonlijke voorkeuren kunnen zijn. Onze badkamers zijn uitgerust met een ligbad, wat een alternatieve douche-ervaring biedt.
Desalniettemin blijven wij ons inzetten om het comfort van onze gasten te verbeteren. We hopen u in de toekomst nogmaals te mogen verwelkomen om u een nog aangenamere beleving te bieden.

Nous sommes ravis que la propreté des espaces privatifs ait pleinement répondu à vos attentes, notre établissement mettant un point d'honneur à garantir un protocole de nettoyage rigoureux.
Cependant, nous regrettons que certains aspects de votre séjour ne vous aient pas satisfait. Concernant le confort climatique, la plupart de nos chambres sont équipés de ventilateurs. Notre parking extérieur, quant à lui, bénéficie d'un éclairage optimal et fait l'objet de rondes de sécurité régulières. Enfin, l'absence d'ascenseur s'explique par la configuration de notre établissement positionné sur deux niveaux.
Pour information, au regard des désagréments sanitaires rencontrés, sachez que notre équipe demeure à votre disposition sur place pour résoudre ce type de situation, le bien-être de nos clients étant au coeur de nos préoccupations.
Nous nous réjouissons toutefois que la sympathie et le professionalisme de notre équipe ait agréablement contribué à la qualité de votre séjour alsacien.
