Very nice experience
Upon our departure, a couple was complaining to the manager, saying that the receptionist had not offered them a free orange juice. The behavior of these people is unacceptable as they know that nothing is free; it is a shame for these individuals, and I understood that they were doctors. Well... I support the managers because they are wonderful, especially since it is not easy for them. I no longer understand this society, and a big thank you for this good moment. Sophie

Avoid.
Very bad experience from start to finish.
We paid nearly €400 for two nights, but from the moment we arrived, the reception was particularly unpleasant. The first phrase directed at me was: "Do you have any other complaints to make?" when I had simply asked a question about the size of the bed before our arrival, as my husband is very tall.
During a heatwave, no prices were displayed for drinks. I wanted to serve myself some apple juice, and I was answered, in an ironic tone: "Oh no, that's for breakfast, it's not free." I have no problem paying for a drink, but the prices should be clearly indicated before customers serve themselves. What shocked me was not the fact of paying, but the way it was communicated to me.
I then asked, very politely, if it was possible to keep a small cooler cold. The response was: "It's €10."
During the discussion, the manager also made comparisons to my profession by asking me: "What would you do if someone entered your pharmacy and asked for a Doliprane without paying?" I found this comparison completely inappropriate and unrelated to the situation.
The manager at no point sought to understand our request. He considered that we had "too many complaints" and ended up telling me to "get out" of his hotel, adding that he would call the police if I did not leave. This scene took place in front of several witnesses.
I can understand that an establishment has rules and paid services. However, I cannot understand such a lack of respect, courtesy, and consideration towards its customers.
I have never been treated this way in a hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
