Very good. Good time.

Very good welcome and simple homemade cooking.
We have returned there 3 times, same thing.

a beautiful discovery, this welcoming restaurant

I once wrote a review of a restaurant in Groningen (Netherlands): “Would you drive 200 km for lunch?” Yes, I did. We have now discovered a restaurant in Auvergne where we would be happy to detour: from the first day, we felt welcomed as a family, and the cuisine is absolutely delicious. La Claie des Champs has therefore become our favorite from the very first moment, both for the kitchen and for the family. Even if we do not live in France permanently, when we do, we go at least once a week. It's a real jewel of the Combrailles.

Very good table

We very much appreciated the Welcoming and smile of the new managers of the hostel.
The simple, generous and innovative menu seduced us and made us want to come back.
Dessert, a cream brûlée with salted butter caramel, was a real wonder

Excellent quiet place of the new owners very welcoming kind very good breakfast we did not know this place we could sleep there following a festival nothing to say clean room and price really very actrative

New owners on top!

Thank you to the new owners who bring this place back to life. We loved the Welcoming with a big smile very pleasant and rare by the times. In addition the kitchen is excellent from start to finish, which does not spoil anything.
