Excellent establishment
We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Saint-Cyr. Everything was perfect:
Very comfortable room and impeccably clean.
A truly warm and attentive staff.
Ideal for exploring the surroundings, everything is nearby.
A favorite for the original concept of meals in jars; it is as surprising as it is excellent!
All of this for a very reasonable price. We will return with great pleasure!

Old establishment in very poor condition
I found hair from other guests in the bedding. Mould on the ceiling. Carpet dirty, worn, stained (supporting photos)
All the ingredients to make you have a bad night.
Owners should take a few vacations and see what their competitors are offering for less in the area.

Je suis enfin ravie de vous retrouver ici car je me doutais bien que vous alliez donner un avis désagréable.
Vous savez, lorsqu'on séjourne dans un hôtel et qu'on rentre à 3h du matin, complètement ivre du réveillon de Noël, qu'on allume la télévision à fond et que on crie à tue-tête dans la chambre, au point de réveiller tous les clients de l'établissement....je ne crois pas qu'on soit bien placé pour faire ce genre de remarque !!!
D'autre part, vous avez pris possession de votre chambre en fin d'après-midi et êtes ressorti en début de soirée. Pendant ce laps de temps, vous n'avez rien signalé à la réception...Pourquoi ? si c'était si ignoble comme vous le décrivez, pourquoi ne pas avoir demandé à changer de chambre ??? Il est quand même surprenant que vous vous soyez rendu compte de tout ça uniquement lorsque vous étiez complètement ivre ???
Il est surprenant également que le jeune couple qui vous accompagnez et qui avait aussi une chambre, n'a rien trouvé à redire sur le confort et l'état de la chambre. Les pauvres, ils avaient presque l'air de vous craindre et semblaient très gênés.
Ce monsieur s'est comporté de manière très violente dans la chambre et à la réception, je l'ai d'ailleurs signalé à BOOKING . J'invite toutes les personnes qui liront son commentaire à aller voir les autres avis ailleurs, et vous verrez rapidement que ce monsieur a déversé ici ses frustrations, sûrement nombreuses !!

The welcome is warm, our room was cozy with a nice bathroom
The breakfast very varied, with good products.
The hotelier is very nice.
