Total disappointment
The main dish was also a source of confusion. The sweet potatoes advertised were almost absent (2 pieces on the surface), largely replaced by peas and a few turnips, without this being specified on the menu. This is all the more regrettable because the vegetable mix and the seasoning with Maghreb spices were, in fact, quite successful and pleasant to the palate. On the other hand, this did not pair well at all with the cordon bleu served alongside (poor quality).
Another important point: the menu did not specify that it was a pork cordon bleu. Such information is essential, regardless of the type of meat used. The discovery was all the more disappointing as the dish was very dry, lacking real flavor, and difficult to enjoy because the pork was clearly not suited for making cordon bleus. A different choice of meat (chicken, turkey, or veal) would have been much more relevant and consistent with the overall meal.
Finally, the service was provided by a friendly person, but one who was inattentive and seemed a bit overwhelmed, which did not help salvage an overall disappointing experience.
I want to emphasize that the fact that the establishment primarily serves spa guests should in no way justify a lack of standards. Just because it largely caters to an older clientele does not mean that they have less taste or deserve lower quality. On the contrary, respecting the customer also involves what is served on the plate.

A disappointment, a frustration, a waste
For the rest, a catastrophe! an old interior, a bathroom of the 70s with dark colors that mask the dirt, from lino to the floor, a bedroom window that requires repainting, a shutter that does not close .. common areas also faded... blatant lights...
The pinnacle is reached with dinner simply unacceptable for a three-star comparable to a very poor quality canteen! We'll say no more! A shame!
In the end, the place deserves better! His story deserves respect. We have to rethink everything! A waste!

Stay of cure
The hotel enough is quite decent; cleanliness, good bedding, nice staff.
Only the food served during our cure stay rather disappointed us.
A nice sloping park behind the hotel and a shaded terrace in front of the hotel.
No further comments to make.
