Great Stay
The location is very convenient to visit the Castle, the Bus stop is right across the street and drives directly to the castle.
The rooms were spotless clean and nicely furbished.
Breakfast offered a lot of variety and we enjoyed it very much. Also the Staff during breakfast time was exeptionally friendly and kind.
We really enjoyed our stay and as we didn‘t manage to see all of Chateau Versailles we will be comming back and stay here again.

Run away! (Dried semen next to the bed without being cleaned...)
The cleanliness of the room is to be reviewed... the toilet is dirty with leftover CIF products that remain on the toilet. There is also a strong smell of sewage.
The worst is next to the bed, there is a very suspicious dried white liquid that strongly resembles sperm... (see photo)
Then if you do not want to sleep in the morning, then you will be happy! The isolation is terrible, we hear everything. But the worst part is children jumping, running and screaming and throwing things on the ground and their mother screaming at them at 8am. The useless reception tells us that they can’t find which room this family is in without any education and can’t do anything (when the noise clearly comes from above). It has been two days since we were forced to wake up at dawn during a holiday.
And to top it all off, a hotel that thinks it’s a “four-star” hotel and isn’t even able to offer slippers on request because “you’re not entitled to them for your room category” is really the top! While even in some three stars we are given slippers...
Brief hotel worthy of two stars and not 4.

I am sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your comment regarding the noise has been carefully noted by our team. We intervened on Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, as well as on Sunday to speak with the guest staying in the room above yours. During our visits, we did not observe any significant noise disturbance. Nevertheless, we kindly reminded the guest to ensure that noise levels were kept to a minimum in consideration of other guests. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Great hotel and location
The cafe/bar opposite is a great venue for food and very reasonably priced.
Access to Versailles palace is about 20 min walk which means it’s in an excellent location. Also the station 15 mins away is easy for access into Paris.
On the whole it is a great hotel.
