Delightful Experience
This is a wonderful, quaint B & B run by two delightful hosts. The location is right in the very center of town next to the church. The building is very ancient and nicely restored and updated by the genial hosts. The breakfast they serve is the best we had during our travels highlighted by superb coffee. Cozy and intimate. Highly recommended if you choose to visit the gorgeous town of Murat.

What a wonderful place to stay.
We have just returned from a seven night stay at this charming B and B. We chose this place because we wanted something a little different from the usual boring hotels and it certainly met and even surpassed our expectations. We were in the Margot room which was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated and very comfortable. Jean Chistophe and Christophe were wonderful hosts and were extremely helpful in suggesting walks in the area and places of interest to visit. The breakfasts were scrumptious, homemade yoghurts and jams, lovely fresh bread and coffee, setting us up for the day. Murat is an interesting and friendly medieval village in the beautiful Cantal region and I hope that we will return, both to the area and La Maison de Justine.

really charming
We were in two rooms facing the street and both were a real change from the usual boring hotel rooms. Superbly decorated and very comfortable. Our hosts, Christophe and Jean- Christophe were very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.
Just a small word of warning; this B and B is directly on the market square and on Friday morning they begin to set up the stalls 7.00am so not for light sleepers. The back facing rooms are probably quieter.

Charming and pleasant stay
We were pleasantly surprised by this B&B and the medieval village of Murat,in the picturesque region of the Cantal, reached after a stunning drive from Provence via the Ardeche Gorge.
Our room, the Miss Marple, was cosy and comfortable with an interesting outlook over the square just below the church.While initially we parked a distance away, we were assured parking would be available for us right outside and this was arranged. Helpful and friendly host, Jean-Christophe, gave a very good recommendation for dinner, and suggested we travel via the Unesco site village of Conques on our onward journey to Dordogne. Breakfast was served in the quaint tearoom on the ground floor - a room full of momentos to a famous singer Dalida.Happy to recommend and great value -our room was Euro 55 for the night.

Gîte parfait, idéalement situé
Gîte avec emplacement idéal, au cœur de la ville, proche tous commerces. Très bien aménagé, propre et meublé avec soin et goût. Accueil chaleureux. Disponibilité de la propriétaire.
