Okay but breakfast is poorly organized

Well-located hotel, clean and comfortable room. The only downside, the breakfast is very poorly organized. Everything is presented in the same place and you have to wait in line behind all the guests making toast to get to the hot drinks. It's okay when you are on vacation but when you are working it is very annoying. It costs nothing to set up the hot drinks station somewhere other than in the line

Great location.

The hotel's location is a bit outside the town of Aix-en-Provence; however, for those with a car, it is a great solution: it has internal parking that is closed at night. Essential, quiet, and clean rooms.
My double room was rather small without a wardrobe, just a corner to hang something, and the bathroom lacked amenities; there was no hairdryer.
Good for spending one or two nights, not more.
There is no refrigerator in the room.
A beverage vending machine at the entrance of the facility.

Hotel = OK. Parking = KO

Hotel experience = OK: bedding, quietness, value for money.
Parking was catastrophic: tight spaces, numerous company vans overflowing in length, some cars also taking up two spaces, there was even a camper van that occupied four or five spaces!!! I drive an electric car; fortunately, I had not planned to charge here because the spaces are numerous (very good) but occupied by gas vehicles.

Unprocessed claim

The stay could have gone very well but we are disappointed with the non reaction of the manager... We booked two rooms, the tourist tax was paid on site via a machine, she charged 3 times the tourist tax instead of two. Despite emails with the hotel and Customer Service today it is still not settled (it has been going on for 1 month) and we are talking about the sum of 1.24 euros, it is a shame to arrive there for such a small amount. We're not coming back yet...
