Worth a visit. Quiet, very good restaurant (closed on Sunday)
The boss cares about your expectations and requests and informs you what you want.
Quiet location along the river Vienna.
The whole hotel is on one level and each room has its terrace overlooking the large garden.
Spacious room, as well as the bathroom. The rooms have a fridge.
Large parking with electric terminals. Possibility to store your bikes.
A large swimming pool.
The restaurant allows you to eat inside or on the terrace. The boss is the chef. Everything is homemade and delicious: the menu varies almost every day and each time offers 2 or 3 starters, 2 or 3 courses (with fish or meat) and 3 or 4 desserts. He doesn't have to take a full menu. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
Breakfast is buffet style and very complete
A ferry allows you to cross the river (pedestrians and bicycles) , with the strength of your arms.

Very disappointed
I call the manager to report it: her answer? “Everyone arrived at the same time and took a shower.”
So according to her, in a hotel, it is normal that there is no hot water as soon as several guests shower...
I recall it is a 3-star hotel not 1, not 2, but really 3
After calling the manager, she asked me to let the water run. I'm doing it. 5 minutes, as she told me (obviously I didn’t fix the water for 5 minutes) Result: complete flooding of the room because of a bad flow (according to her it’s normal it’s a walk-in shower )
30 minutes to sponge, night spent in humidity, and still no hot water.
The next day, the maid does the necessary
When paying 200€ for 2 nights, I logically ask for a commercial gesture: no hot water, dirty room, flood...
And now, surreal discussion:
– The flood would be my fault
– The lack of hot water would be “normal”
– And I am reproached for calling when I arrived (for lack of hot water ) because “they too need to sleep”
– All by explaining that they “opened on purpose” this weekend... while the hotel was almost filled by guests of the circuit located 5 minutes away.
I was told that I had everything: a bed, heating, and “hot water the next morning.” For 200€, I am explained that I am too demanding to call back a 3-star hotel
The only action taken: 1 free breakfast out of 2, for hair found in the shower (photo evidence ) Nothing for flooding, nothing for the absence of hot water, nothing for the night spent in the humidity.
A worrying level of professionalism and a dreamy way of talking to clients as well as surreal discussions with the manager.
I worked in the hotel industry: what I saw here is absolutely nothing normal

A gem in a lovely setting.
We will stay again in the Summer to enjoy the pool and walks.
If you are in this area, make it a must.

Haven of calm, relaxation and friendliness
A hostess remarkable for her professionalism and the quality of her interactions with guests. Always a nice word and for everyone. Excellent table for the evening meal. The bedding is very good. A small downside: maybe the bathroom could be a little "modernized" (taps in particular), but nothing very bad. We will gladly return with my husband.
