Un grand merci pour ce magnifique retour et pour votre chaleureuse recommandation ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié vos chambres, la propreté de l’établissement, la literie ainsi que la gentillesse de notre équipe.
Nous sommes également heureux que notre petit-déjeuner, notre terrasse, le parking et les différents espaces mis à disposition aient contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable.
Nous prenons bien entendu en compte votre remarque concernant la mise à disposition d’un essuie-mains supplémentaire, afin d’améliorer encore le confort de nos clients.

Disappointed... complicated night!
1. We realize when we arrive that the floor of the room is carpeted —> we are allergic to dust mites, no luck... However, it’s a shame that it is not specified on the site (or well hidden because I did not find and it is difficult to realize on the photos).
2. The curtain to hide the outside light is broken, and not just a little... The lampposts are lit at night...
3. No air conditioning! Not the season... but yet written in the room description. It was way too hot...
BUT... it should not be said that the negative: cleanliness on the date and pleasant staff.
Unfortunately, this is not enough... We do not reiterate.

Nous vous remercions pour avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis suite à votre séjour.
Après lecture de celui-ci, nous prenons note de vos retours. Concernant la moquette mentionnée, nous disposons également de chambres avec parquet au rez de chaussée.
N'hésitez pas lors de votre réservation, à le mentionner dans l'espace commentaire, ou bien nous contacter, afin de vous attribuer une chambre correspondant à votre demande. Nous prenons note pour le rideau afin de corriger ceci. Pour la température en chambre, nous avons eu en fin de semaine une hausse des températures et avons donc mis en service la climatisation ce dimanche, sur l'ensemble de l'établissement, celle-ci étant gérée au globale, soit en chauffage soit en climatisation.
Nous sommes ravis de lire que l'accueil soit agréable et la propreté " au rdv".
Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour et vous donner entière satisfaction.

Perfect address if no accommodation within the park
Cleanliness of the perfect room even if they are not first youth it feels good.
For breakfast is not bad but lacks space for large families

Après lecture de celui-ci, nous sommes ravis de lire que vous vous sentiez bien au sein de notre établissement, de par l'accueil et la propreté, sans oublier nos chambres communicantes.
Comme vous avez pu le voir, nous effectuons actuellement une extension de l'hôtel, afin de proposer prochainement à nos clients de nouvelles chambres familiales. Une extension de la salle petit-déjeuner aura également lieu en basse saison, avec l'agrandissement de notre parking et un aménagement de l'ensemble des extérieurs, pour proposer un cadre encore plus agréable à nos clients.
Espérant vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'une prochaine visite du Puy du Fou, afin de découvrir ces nouveaux aménagements.
