Disappointed

Hotel very well located and welcoming staff. I was, however, very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Dust, hair in the bathroom, and other dirt were present. The bed, on the other hand, was clean. Really disappointed because the hotel and the first impression upon entering the room were good. What a pity, I will not return.

No cleaning.

You can hear the people in the next room as if they were in my room, to the point of waking me up. You must explicitly request in the morning that the room be cleaned to receive this service: I requested it this morning, also asking to replace the shampoo since there was none left. When I returned to my room in the evening, the shampoo was replaced, but there was no room cleaning. This is simply unacceptable.

Small rooms

Small and overheated rooms. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted or even turned off. When you open the window, it doesn’t turn off the air conditioning as it should be in a recently renovated hotel. I don't think it deserves its three stars. Fortunately I will only spend two nights there. Bad experience not to be repeated.

To flee!

Apart from the location, nothing goes (for months it seems): hall and dining room in work and therefore inaccessible, hellish noise of machinery in the courtyard (while the air conditioning does not work), very small room area (barely room to go around the bed), approximate cleanliness, in short... well the price: 150€ for this, it is despairing and limits a scam!
Only positive: kindness of the staff (reception and watchman).
