This small hotel is located in the center of the town, which makes the experience of staying here very cozy and intimate. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Parking is on the street, but since it’s a small town, it is easy to find a space. This hotel is the best value in this area, so I recommend staying here.

The city of Manosque isn't really worth a visit - I chose it thinking it was central to the lavender fields and close to the L'Occitane factory (I call it the Poughkeepsie of Provence...). I thought it would be a good idea to have a cheap hotel in the pedestrian section of town but what I hadn't taken into consideration is that the high cost of parking our rental car made this "budget" hotel more expensive than the Ibis on the outskirts of town. If I had it to do over I wouldn't stay at this hotel.

Hotel of horrors

Disappointing. For a family event, we had booked 3 rooms at this hotel. It turned out that of the 3 rooms 2 were connected. This did not cause us any concern, however, this adjoining room, had no door, was unfinished, had no air conditioning, no bathroom, no toilet. There were no night lamps either. At the head of the bed a telephone box with visible cables... When we asked the owner (who smelled of alcohol at 6 p.m.) for a change of room, he was very aggressive and threatening, indicating that the hotel was complete and had done us a favor, that the room was perfect and that nothing happened because the cables were loose, and the room unfinished. Safety instructions were not present on the doors, nor were prices. However, it is an obligation. We saw on the internet that the rates were 70€ per night, however we paid 100€ per room. The photographs that are published on the internet, do not correspond to the reality of the room we were given as you can see in the photographs. We advise against this hotel in the hope that health services or other authorities will come and carry out an inspection of the establishment that clearly does not meet the standards.
Décevant. For an événement familier, nous avions I booked 3 chambres dans cet hotel. Il s'est avéré que da 3 chambres 2 étaient communicators. Cela ne nous supposait aucun souci, cependant, cette chambre attenante n'avait ni climatisation, ni salle de bain, ni WC. Il n’y avait pas non plus de lampes de chevet. Lorsque nous avons réclamé au propriétaire (qui sentait l’alcool à 18h) un changement de chambre, il s’est montré très agressif et menaçant, indiquant que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il nous avait fait une faveur. Les consignes de sécurité n’étaient pas présentes sur les portes, les tarifs non plus. Il s’agit pourtant d’une obligation. Nous avons vu sur booking que les tarifs étaient de 70€ par nuit, cependant nous avons payé 100€ par chambre. Nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel en espérant que les services sanitaires ou autre instance viennent faire une inspection de l’établissement qui n’est visiblement pas aux normes.

We strongly advise against this hotel in the hope that the health services or other body will come to inspect the establishment which is obviously substandard.
