To avoid
Suite one. Change of schedule, I asked for a cancellation of 3 nights, direct refusal .. Being a year-round customer.. No shopkeeper at all and price not suitable for this hotel which lived well.. 1 towel for 4 nights .. to avoid really. Luckily the other bbs are not bad, I fell badly.

Pour rappel , votre réservation a été effectuée via une carte d'entreprise avec des conditions spécifiques.
Concernant les serviettes, une deuxième était disponible sur l'étagère( penderie) et notre réception reste à disposition pour tout complément.
Chaque établissement à ces spécificités, et il arrive que notre hôtel ne correspondes pas aux attentes de certains voyageurs.
Heureusement l'offre B&B est large et variée, et nous espérons que vous trouverez un hébergement plus en adéquation avec vos préférences lors d'un prochain séjour.

This property was a bit different from the pictures on the internet. The room was very small and tight though tidy and clean. My wife and I stayed there overnight as we waited to board our cruise ship the next day. In my opinion, staying that one night at the B&B wasn’t an unpleasant experience.

SHAMEFUL
Shabby with hotel parking filled all night with cars that have to leave the next day in boats with comings and goings from people talking very loudly and doing trunk-to-trunk appliance swaps and who doesn't care if guests sleep
But how does management allow that?

Hotel very noisy
Clean hotel with comfortable bedding BUT very poorly soundproofed and, in addition, the cleaning staff comes to wake you up by knocking several times on the door and making a lot of noise in the hallways from 9:30. Inadmissible when going to bed late the night before

Le confort et le repos de nos clients sont une priorité pour nous.
En ce qui concerne le passage des équipes de ménage, celle-ci commencent effectivement leur service en matinée, mais nous veillerons à ce qu'elles fassent preuve de la plus grande discrétion possible.
Il est regrettable que cela n'ait pas été le cas lors de votre séjour.

This was not as expected by the photos. The room smelled bad the receptionist was abrupt and unhelpful. Would never stay here again.
