Dirty and date with cockroaches
In the corridor, there is a not very pleasant smell.
During the night, I wanted to go to the toilet and when I opened the sink, cockroaches came out... sickening!!
Result, the next morning clean with a wipe so as not to cover the sink. On the way down, I spoke to the hotel manager who found nothing unusual! Saying that the people who had the room were cooking in it and he hadn't had time to clean... he promised me another room for the evening... In fact, I had another room a little more elaborate with additional bedside table and television but cleanliness was still lacking. The second night, nothing happened but the third night, again I went into the bathroom and before turning on the light, something passed between my ankles... I called the boss who told me see nothing and tells me to leave the light on at night so the critters don't come!!!!! Finally, the last night, or rather the last morning, a cockroach again but this time on the wall above the bed....
I left the hotel with great pleasure...
I will never go there again and definitely do not recommend it!!!!

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de Marseille. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et disponible.
Nous avions réservé une chambre triple, confortable et bien aménagée. La salle de bain avait été refaite, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était également équipée de la climatisation, un vrai plus durant ce week-end de canicule.
Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour son accueil et la qualité de notre séjour.

* Présence visible de moisissures sur plusieurs murs et angles de la chambre ;
* Traces d’humidité importantes et dégradations des revêtements ;
* Saletés et poussières accumulées ;
* État général de la chambre incompatible avec une location hôtelière dans des conditions normales d’hygiène.
