Very good value for money
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The private parking is also a real plus. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the center of Marseille.
A very good address for the price, I recommend it!

Good
Great... Check-in is available until 12:00 AM at the front desk, otherwise at the kiosk in the entrance. Well, the kiosk had crashed, but the gentleman present that evening at the counter was working overtime for other reasons and was therefore able to welcome us and give us very useful information.
The establishment connects with the Novotel behind it. To have an elevator (very useful with luggage, stroller, etc.), you have to go through a hallway and take the Novotel elevator.
Not very complicated, but if it hadn't been explained to us... we would have really struggled!
We had a view of the pool (a nice view, by the way).
The A/C... What a joy after two nights in a non-air-conditioned Airbnb
We were able to sleep well....
The room and the bathroom are spacious. The restrooms are separate.
In terms of cleanliness, it was okay.
The sheets: spotless (and that is a non-negotiable point regardless of the hotel....)
The bathroom was fine.
On the other hand, for the toilet.... Sorry, but it was >> disgusting <<. Doubtful stains on the walls. The toilet itself was gross... Still some product on the seat. And on the toilet (on the outside) urine drips... For one night I didn't fuss, but if I had to stay longer I would have asked for it to be recleaned.
Pretty cool thing: laundromat in front of the hotel. This allowed me to wash and dry some of my laundry (really great to go home with clean laundry) and also clean my beach towels for a more pleasant feeling the next day
It seemed like there were people there, and in fact I ran into people during the night but despite that the hotel is quiet.
During the day, the area seems sparsely populated, but in the evening there are many bars, restaurants, and even arcade games. Everything looked full.
However, please, security could avoid leaving the dog in the car with the windows slightly cracked... In 2026 we can no longer do that without knowing it is animal abuse!
We had a good stay, or rather a good night at this hotel. We are keeping the address for next time.

be careful with your bank cards, they make undue charges
To contact them, premium rate number, the gentleman spent 10 minutes asking for personal information relating to the reservation, following which he could not follow up on the complaint because "the manager is not present".
message sent via the well-known booking platform, they acknowledge receipt, claim to check the situation and get back to me, but without any response.
A claim was then made via the platform, with bank documents as proof, after several telephone and email exchanges, I was told that the hotel would reimburse me.
A few weeks later, I received a transfer with a partial refund.
run away!!!! It looks like organized theft

Don't expect too much
Mattresses is poor. Woke up every morning with back pain. Far away from city centre, so public transport is not possible. You need to use a taxi every time which becomes very expensive.
