Bathroom is fine, shame no sockets but can survive.
Matress is not that confortable but it s doing the job.
Floor ( carpet ) was dusty / dirty ( white socks did not stay white!) and therefore bit smelly.
Breakfast: room is huge, clean, lots of coffee machines so no need to wait to get a drink. Pastries, bread, ham and cheese, fruits...no surprise, same as everywhere... but enough choice.
Staff is nice.
Not far from the train station.
Overall, mainly a good stay and for that price no much to really really complain about.

Very disappointing breakfast and terrible customer service
Breakfast was advertised until 10:00 a.m. We arrived around 9:45 a.m., yet there was very little food left and almost no options. The scrambled eggs—the only hot option available—had run out, and staff refused to refill them, saying it was too close to closing, despite there still being around 15 minutes left. If breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., guests should expect food to be available until then.
To make matters worse, the staff/security member in the breakfast area was happily encouraging guests to pack baguettes and fruit to take away, yet could not accommodate a simple request to refill the eggs or offer any alternative.
The front-of-house staff on the morning of 7 August were equally disappointing. The receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly gave the same response after speaking to someone in the back, and showed no interest in resolving the issue or offering any alternative. They were genuinely unhelpful.
I left breakfast hungry despite it being included in what I paid. The lack of food, poor customer service, and complete unwillingness to help left a very negative impression. I would not stay here again.

Decent value for money, a few flaws
At 7:45 a.m. the yogurt in the dispenser was finished; I asked if it was possible to refill it, but I received a negative and discourteous response. Central area, close to the station, but the neighborhood is a bit run-down, especially in the evening.
