We booked one night in this supposedly 3-star hotel for 133 euros. On paper, it seemed correct: swimming pool (with towel rental at 2 euros), suitable location... but the reality was quite different.
When we arrived, the room had many unacceptable defects for an establishment of this standing:
No hot water in the shower
Shower clogged and soapless
Damaged door, worthy of a horror movie setting
Crackled ceiling
No sound insulation (we heard all the conversations of the neighboring rooms, and their needs...)
We reported the hot water problem at reception. The concierge refused to come and check on the spot, preferring to "check the next morning"... once we had left and the night had been billed, of course.
So I said that if it continued I would leave and the concierge said “we are not holding you back”
On the front it is written 3 stars but on the front on the side "2 stars"
On the front it also says "restaurant" but no restaurant.
Faced with this lack of professionalism and more than doubtful comfort, we decided to leave the hotel in the evening, without spending the night. A first for us.
This property does not deserve its 3 stars. Run away. Huge scam.
