Vous ne m'avez pas appréciée (et entre nous il y a de grandes chances pour que ce soit réciproque mais comme je ne sais pas qui vous êtes et bien nous ne saurons jamais si nous étions d'humeurs compatibles) et cela arrive.

Encore une fois, seules les personnes frustrées, certainement mal dans leur peau, dénigrent publiquement les autres. Réduire mon établissement à une étoile parce que vous ne m'avez pas apprécié, ça ne vole pas très haut.
D'autant plus que je prend du temps pour répondre à un fantôme et je ne sais pas ce que ce fantôme me reproche, c'est déroutant !
D'ailleurs pourquoi ne pas me l'avoir dit en face que je n'étais pas à "la hauteur"?
Une question me taraude! je suis allé voir vos autres commentaires...une vocation contrariée, vous commentez tous les restaurants et vous encouragez (ou dissuadez) les autres clients de venir, du coup vous vouliez faire notre métier? ou juste à me juger vous pensez que vous faites parti de notre milieu?
Là où je suis pleinement d'accord avec vous, c'est que la cuisine est effectivement exceptionnelle (Pstt c'est mon conjoint le Chef...) et que les serveurs sont vraiment attentionnés.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience sur notre établissement;
Vous soulignez, à juste titre, notre situation un peu isolée. Notre établissement se trouve sur un axe passant entre Evron et Mayenne, ce qui permet de profiter à la fois du calme et de la tranquilité de la campagne, tout en restant facilement accessible.
Nous comprenons que certaines chambres semblent vétustes et sachez que nous travaillons activement le sujet;
d'ailleurs 8 chambres seront rénovées d'ici la fin de l'année. Nous avons hâtes de vous les faire découvrir.
Concernant les menus enfant, nous vous confirmons que nous avons bien une formule enfant (plat-dessert ou entrée, plat, dessert). Il semble qu'il y ait eu une incompréhension avec la personne qui a pris votre commande ;
celle-ci a cru que vos enfants ne souhaitaient pas dîner, d'autant plus qu'ils n'ont pas pris de plats. Nous regrettons sincèrement cette incompréhension.

Disappointing.
The establishment is located in a lovely setting.
Quality cuisine (presentation and flavors) unfortunately spoiled because:
The service remains frankly disappointing.
Many young trainees: one does not speak a word of French, another with a strong accent does not articulate, so the entire table of clients does not understand half of the "explanations." For our lunch, we had to ask for bread 4 times because no one pays attention to the tables outside of serving the plates.
A food allergy (condiment) announced at the time of ordering by the senior and experienced server was noted in front of us on the order slip... but not taken into account in the kitchen, so the plate was sent back and replaced with a second plate still containing that allergenic food, in smaller quantity, it is true, but still, we are talking about a serious allergy that was announced from the start, all without the slightest verbalization of any regret!
Once it is a mistake, but twice??
The most striking aspect will remain the haughty and extremely jaded attitude of the server/room manager. We understand that at 58 years old, weariness can take over desire, but this attitude is not worthy of a restaurant that claims to cultivate a certain standard.
I do not come across as a particularly demanding customer.
