A Charming Stay in the French Countryside

We stayed one night in the family room at Le Clos Poli while passing through on our road trip, and it was such a lovely experience.
It was truly special to experience the French countryside like this — beautiful landscapes, peaceful surroundings, and a place full of charm and character. The house itself is beautiful, with a wonderful garden, and our family room was cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean, and well cared for.
We also enjoyed a very good breakfast before continuing our journey.
Madame Poli was kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. In the evening we visited Troyes, which was only a short drive away and a perfect addition to the stay.
Thank you for your hospitality. We would happily come back again. ❤️

very quiet

Parking under the barn, a beautiful garden with some toys and all kinds of seating options. A spacious room and bedroom with fly screens everywhere. A nice breakfast room with free water and cookies and a refrigerator. Everything very clean and a breakfast with only local products. No meals are provided outside of breakfast. The location in a small quiet village yet central to visit the region is a plus. The lady of the house gives a lot of explanation. Even at breakfast.

The hotel is run by Lydia, who was extremely accommodating and welcoming to us all, including to our family dog. The hotel is a charming little hotel, in the countryside, run in a very personal way. It was in a strategic position too, when travelling across France, either to or from the Euro tunnel / Calais ferries.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely room and very pretty garden with a terrace to sit out on. The owner is extremely friendly and made us (and our dog) very welcome. We arrived quite late in the day and the owner went
