Finally a decent hotel around the train station . As they say 3rd time like a charm... Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Too bad I didn't try the breakfast

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!

I've very rarely written a negative review, however...
Not sure how this hotel got this high of a rating. It is located in a "sketchy" area near the train station.
The public parking garage is located next to the hotel. It was well lit and clean. You then have to take a dirty elevator to street level to get to hotel with your luggage.
We checked into the hotel with a very nice young man, Adrian. He gave us our room and when we went to it the cleaning lady was in there cleaning. We went back down to the front desk and Adrian apologized for the inconvenience. He said he was going to give us his very best room which was a suite. OH WOW...if that is their very best room??? We weren't up to changing rooms again and fearful of what a lesser of a room would reveal. This room had so many stains on the carpet I took photos and showed them to Adrian to let him know it wasn't us that made the stains. They were FRESH stains and SMELLED. He apologized and said they were planning to get those stains cleaned.
It seemed they had very few people staying at the hotel, however, a family with loud, small children was put in the room next to us. Can't imagine why.
The only plusses to staying here was the beautiful view from our window ,the very old, historic restaurant across the street we ate at and the kindness of Adrian and staff.
It was vey disappointing and feel we should've been comped for the disgusting room and for all of the trouble.

What a team!

I went there in May by motorcycle. I was able to park my motorcycle in a parking lot not far away, but the neighborhood is strangely built and I drove around a bit. Upgrade on the room was really very pleasant with quite a few little touches. Very welcoming staff (and very funny, the totally chill waiter at breakfast made me laugh a lot ). Small downside, but not insurmountable, regarding the quality of the breakfast. I will be back!

No disability accessible room available.Staff very helpful. Good breakfast, Air con didn't keep room cool enough. Underground parking a nightmare. Good central location.
