Hotel sinks into mediocrity
Obviously great lack of maintenance of the premises in the bathroom.

Air conditioning problem, we explained at the reception that the room card being necessary for electricity the air conditioning did not work when we went out, the room was in the sun in the afternoon so back in an oven, no solution provided, the person at the reception only told us that the air conditioning worked without the card ... The next morning before leaving we made the remark and the new person at the reception told us that it would have been enough if we had been given a specific card for electricity...
Breakfast served until 10am , when we arrive at 9am , more juice, more yogurt, more butter, more pastries. We claimed to have had the juice, but more yogurt we were given 0% cottage cheese ... and for butter, we were brought back a lump started of semi-salt butter..
We're not going back.

Very nice experience
I booked for a seminar of 40 people and the staff was great.
The rooms as expected. The Director made sure to respond to my slightest requests.
Everything was as I asked
Thanks again to the welcoming staff.

To be avoided
Dirty sheets, only towels for the
face to take a shower. heating not working. You arrive in the room (freezing) and they tell you that it is already hot and make you use the air conditioner which takes at least 10 minutes before it starts working.
In the room (there are turned off radiators with thermostatic valves).
Old bathroom, shower that doesn't work well...
Outside there is an expanse of bird poop... which sooner or later will get you. They tell guests that they are renovating but there is no renovation notice.

DECEMBER AND NO HEATING
In the middle of December and without HEATING, the air unit did not heat, the maximum temperature in the room was 16°, the bathroom, since there was no heating or hot air unit, did not reach 12°.
We had to book at another hotel and they refused to pay for the second night.
If we wanted they would invite us to coffee.
A shame, when the booking people called to see what had happened, the first thing they said was that they were going to pay us nothing.
Some unpresentable ones.
