A good stay
Upon our arrival, we particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, warm and professional. We then discovered a comfortable room, with impeccable bedding, which largely contributed to the quality of our stay.
Each morning, we also enjoyed a varied and high-quality breakfast, in line with what one expects from a Mercure establishment.
During these days, we encountered a few very small issues, as can happen in any hotel. They were, however, handled and resolved with great professionalism and efficiency, both by the reception staff and by the establishment's manager, whom I would also like to thank personally for his attentiveness and responsiveness.
One real regret, which we also heard expressed by several other hotel guests: the lack of a dining option on the weekend. We perfectly understand that economic considerations may explain this choice. Nevertheless, when staying for several days in an establishment of this category, it would be appreciated to be able to dine on-site without having to systematically go back out. Dining options in the surrounding area exist, but do not necessarily correspond to the level of service one can expect from a Mercure hotel.
Aside from this point, we had a very pleasant stay.
We will return with great pleasure, that is a certainty.

Great stay.
We came for 5 nights. From the first day, we felt at home.
The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and helpful. We ate there every afternoon. Daily special for under 10 euros, excellent.
The reception staff are also great and very responsive.
In the room, there is a welcome tray, and you can connect your phone to the TV.
Housekeeping is done every day; my husband worked in the morning until noon, and the housekeepers came at 12:15 PM to maintain the room.
I used the gym twice. It was very clean and air-conditioned.
It wasn't nice enough to use my pool, but we enjoyed the sun loungers a bit.
Just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, there is a lake where we can stroll with pleasure.
Great hotel that I recommend 100%.

On est ravis que tout ait été au rendez-vous, de la chambre à l’accueil, en passant par le dîner. Une carte courte, oui… mais avec l’envie de bien faire, et ça fait plaisir de voir que ça vous a parlé.
Et alors Zoé… on valide totalement, on va lui transmettre, elle va adorer !
Content aussi que le petit déjeuner vous ait régalé, surtout avec les fruits frais, c’est le genre de détail qui embellit la journée.

Côté petit déjeuner, vous êtes tombé sur un moment un peu plus vivant que prévu… ce qui peut parfois donner une impression de désordre, et nous en sommes désolés. On ajuste les réglages pour que cela reste un moment aussi agréable que le reste de votre séjour.

Regarding the condition of the bedding, this is of course not acceptable and does not reflect our standards. This matter has been immediately shared with the relevant teams so that reinforced checks can be carried out.
As for the restaurant, it is true that it is currently closed on weekends. Please be assured that we are actively working on solutions to allow weekend openings in the future. This is a topic we are fully aware of and one we are seriously considering, as we understand how important this service is for our guests.
When the restaurant is closed, we offer an alternative intended to be both practical and of good quality. The pizzas available are not industrial products, but Augusto Pizzas, an artisanal brand well known in our industry for the quality of its products. They are designed to be ready in just a few minutes while maintaining a high standard, allowing our guests to enjoy a quick yet quality meal on site.
Our hotel is aware of its history and continues to evolve. We work every day to improve our facilities and services, with the aim of offering our guests the best possible experience. Your feedback is an important part of this ongoing process.
