Very pleasant hotel and well located.
Its location is charming next to the Eure.
There is private parking available.
The reception was very good.
The room is suitable for spending a night, even though the bathroom is narrow, but we had a very nice terrace.
The main thing is that we slept well; it was quiet.
On the restaurant side, our family joined us for drinks and dinner.
The team, whether at the bar or the restaurant, was very proactive, efficient, and pleasant.
The meal was excellent, complete, served attentively, and I find it hard to understand some criticisms regarding the quality of the restaurant.
Regarding breakfast, it is complete and sufficient, even though a few additional hot dishes would be a plus.
In conclusion, the quality/price ratio is very good, and we appreciated all the services of this provincial hotel.

Move along
Everything seems to be falling apart, both for the hotel part and the restaurant part. You spend your time waiting for the staff; the interiors are outdated; in short, nothing is up to par.

Avoid.
Upon our arrival, there was no welcome and we waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken.
Starters: oysters on a bed of coarse salt with a bit of lemon (no butter, no rye bread, no shallot vinegar, and no finger rinse), foie gras without special bread (the chef does not have time!).
Dishes: hanger steak cooked rare as requested arrived cooked medium. Flavorless shrimp and John Dory fillet served on peas without sauce (we asked for a lemon).
Waitress chewing her gum...and not clearing the table completely.
The menu is €65! For this price, we expect good service and especially a delight for the taste buds.
We expressed our dissatisfaction but the chef did not come out of the kitchen...
Being from Pacy-sur-Eure, we regret this very bad experience that we will not repeat.

Avoid for the dining part!!
1 hour to be served the appetizer!!
Menu at €65 without toast with the foie gras, which was very mediocre in taste, and when we asked the server, the response was: The chef does not have time.
Then we received confirmation that the reheated bread is from the day before. Stale bread on a €65 menu!!!
Oysters served without butter or shallot vinegar, not even a finger rinse. We also had shrimp, very mediocre quality, bland and still without a finger rinse...
The John Dory, without sauce or seasonings, simply placed on a bed of tasteless peas.
We were forced to ask for lemon, a small piece was served by the apprentice who chewed her gum all evening, unbearable!!!
For dessert, during this season, no strawberries, is that normal??....
We will not return and will not recommend!!!
