WONDERFUL! Exceeded expectations!!
Clean and modern.
The room where we were was large and the bathroom too.
Everything is working.
Led lights and different types of lighting.
Classic sockets and even usb.
Cleaning service really efficient!
They used to come and remake our rooms every day, clean and change towels.
Well insulated, there was no noise from outside.
Equipped with air conditioning system.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
You can go to the refreshment area where there are both machines and a great microwave to heat your food.
Otherwise the large room is divided into private areas is ideal for relaxing and in the evening enjoy an exquisite cocktail prepared by the barman or beer if you prefer.
It is 4.5 km from the center, so not far and close to all possible public transport (tram, bus and metro that I recommend).
In addition, the hotel around has some delicious patisserie / boulangerie where you can have a hearty breakfast for little.
For seven days and all these great services we spent very little!
If we return to Paris we would definitely go here:-)

Poor
Being a couple, we were treated to a bed for 2 people with a duvet too small compared to the size of the mattress, there were hair and stains on the sheets.
I was asked at the reception where the receptionist barely spoke French and did not understand what I asked him. He confused the towel to wash with the bed sheet. Twice, I had to explain it to him again.
Also, due to lack of toilet paper, we had to ask for some as well as the neighbors who occupied the room in front of that of our children.
At lunchtime there is a wide choice as well as for drinks.
There is also a beverage dispenser and in case. And if, in the evening, you are very hungry, there is a vending machine to order and the delivery person comes to deliver it to your room.

Nous sommes très surpris par votre commentaire qui n'est pas représentatif de l'image que nous avons l'habitude d'offrir.
En effet, toutes les demande de nos clients sont prises en compte systématiquement par l'équipe, de jour comme de nuit. Par ailleurs, tous nos collaborateurs parlent français et d'autres langues étrangères. C'est donc surprenant de lire vos dires.
Par conséquent, nous regrettons cette notation qui n'est pas conforme à la réalité car il semblerait que votre commentaire ne corresponde pas à notre hôtel.

No air conditioning
Only very unfortunate that when it is 27 degrees in May a weekend the hotel refuses to turn on the central air conditioning. We paid extra attention to whether there is air conditioning 2 weeks before departure as it would be hot. The solutions offered were bluntly buying a fan yourself or opening the window. If you sleep here with the window open it is like lying on the highway so that is not an option even with earplugs. They are supposedly hiding behind government rules for which they can get fines which, after a little research, turns out to be nonsense. Yes, they should save as much energy as possible, but there are no such sanctions.
It was very uncomfortable for someone with asthma to have to sleep like this.
We've been coming here for years, but this is really the last time.

You seem to have appreciated our services apart from the air conditioning, we are sorry.
Our air conditioning system is reversible. It's currently in "winter" mode due to the cold nighttime temperatures, between 6° and 8°C. During the day, temperatures are between 13° and 15°C. We have no complaints about this.
We regret your decision, which seems extreme to us, but it is your choice.
