Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Nous regrettons tout particulièrement les désagréments rencontrés avec la climatisation.
Lors de votre séjour, nous avons effectivement été confrontés à une panne technique imprévue, indépendante de notre volonté.
Nous comprenons parfaitement l'inconfort que cela a pu occasionner, notamment en période de fortes chaleurs.

We regret that the room allocated to you did not provide the experience you were hoping for.
Our hotel offers different room categories, and our team is always available at reception during the stay to discuss any concerns and find a suitable solution whenever possible.

However, several days have now passed without any response from the hotel. The complete lack of acknowledgment or follow‑up makes me conclude that they do not take my experience seriously.
Because of both the bed bug incident and the hotel’s failure to respond, I cannot recommend this hotel.
