Good location in charming neighborhood
It is next to a cemetery (!!!) and although my room was left with the window facing this side did not bother at all (only we did not open the window any day)
Reception staff and restaurant always very friendly and helpful. Congratulations!
A bad point is that the shower area does not have a door and the bath often ends up weting the bathroom floor.

Lamento, porém, pelo desconforto causado pela área de banho sem porta, que às vezes pode provocar respingos no chão. Agradeço por nos informar. Sua observação será transmitida à nossa equipe técnica, pois nous cherchons toujours à améliorer le confort des chambres.
Será um prazer recebê-lo novamente em Montmartre.

Otelimizin sunduğu fiyat-performans dengesini olumlu değerlendirmenize memnun olduk ve konaklamanızın beklentilerinizi genel olarak karşılamış olmasına sevindik.
Bununla birlikte, konumumuz hakkında küçük bir açıklama yapmak isteriz. Otelimiz Montmartre'ın kalbinde yer almakta olup, birçok metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesindedir. Bu sayede Paris'in başlıca turistik noktalarına kolayca ulaşılabilmektedir. Bulunduğumuz semt gün boyunca ve akşam saatlerinde oldukça hareketli ve yoğun bir bölgedir.
Görüşleriniz bizim için çok değerlidir. Sizi gelecekte yeniden ağırlamaktan mutluluk duyarız.

Without air conditioning.
Unfortunately, this time it deeply disappointed me, and I do not know if I will return, even though they are doing renovations that will make it more welcoming. Arriving at 6:30 PM during a full orange alert for heat (36 degrees), only after checking in and paying for the three nights in full, I was told that the air conditioning in the room was not working, but it would be repaired immediately (it was working perfectly in the lobby). At 8 PM, I went out for dinner, and nothing had been resolved; I requested confirmation that the problem would be fixed for the night, and another person told me that it was absolutely not guaranteed. I explained that it was impossible to breathe in the room and impossible to sleep, and the response was a broken record: "I understand, but I can do nothing about it." At 10 PM, I returned from dinner, and the situation was unchanged. I tried to sleep, but at 1 AM, unable to do so, I went down again, found three other people complaining, and discovered that the problem had been ongoing for three days prior and that it was continuously said that the issue would be resolved because they were working on it. The excuse is that, since there are renovation works, some rooms (not all) have this problem. At this point, I have deduced that there was no good faith in assigning me the room and in reassuring me, given that they were fully aware of the problem. I am a Silver member of Accor; it has happened before that a hotel, not
being able to accommodate me for various reasons, directed me to another partner hotel at no additional cost.
They could have done the same without any problem, as Paris is full of hotels from the group; instead, they preferred to mock me with various excuses and dishonest behavior. Moreover, the manager was never available even though I requested to speak with him multiple times; he was either not there or in a meeting. I filed a complaint directly with Accor, and perhaps because of this, I received a refund for the night I did not sleep. Perfect hotel for a fantastic city!!

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti per quanto accaduto durante il suo soggiorno.
Comprendiamo perfettamente la sua delusione, soprattutto considerando la sua fedeltà al nostro hotel e al programma Accor. Durante quel periodo abbiamo effettivamente affrontato un'importante ondata di caldo e, purtroppo, un guasto tecnico al sistema di aria condizionata che ha interessato alcune camere per diversi giorni. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per il disagio causato e comprendiamo quanto sia stato difficile soggiornare in queste condizioni.
Ci dispiace inoltre che le informazioni ricevute siano sembrate contraddittorie e che non abbia percepito il livello di attenzione e di supporto che si aspettava. Questo non corrisponde agli standard di servizio che desideriamo offrire ai nostri ospiti.
Apprezziamo il fatto che abbia segnalato la situazione e comprendiamo perfettamente le sue osservazioni. Le porgiamo le nostre più sincere scuse per questa esperienza e per tutti i disagi subiti durante il soggiorno.
Ci auguriamo di poter riconquistare la sua fiducia in futuro e di accoglierla nuovamente in condizioni decisamente migliori.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre mécontentement d’avoir été réveillé si tôt par les livraisons. Malheureusement, certaines chambres, dont la vôtre, peuvent être plus exposées à l’activité extérieure du quartier et aux contraintes logistiques des commerces environnants, sur lesquelles nous avons peu de marge de manœuvre.
Nous regrettons sincèrement l’impact que cela a eu sur votre repos et vous présentons nos excuses pour la gêne occasionnée.
Nous espérons malgré tout avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau et de vous proposer une chambre située dans un environnement plus calme, selon nos disponibilités.

Extremely disappointing stay.
First, it would have been essential to inform me that the view from my room directly overlooked the graves in the Montmartre cemetery. This type of information is not trivial and can be very unpleasant for some clients.
Next, it was impossible to rest properly: workers were drilling just near my room during the afternoon, precisely at the time of my nap. No anticipation or particular apology from the establishment.
Regarding amenities, there are many incomprehensible absences for this price range:
• no small hand towel,
• no possibility to fill a water bottle,
• no outlet by the bedside,
• no safe, no small refrigerator,
• not even a trash can in the main room.
I also regret, as during a previous stay, the very low quality and lack of variety of the breakfast. Again, for a rate of €150 per night, and €14 for breakfast, it is frankly insufficient.
In the end, there are far too many negative details accumulated to justify the price asked. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes.
Nous regrettons tout d'abord les nuisances sonores liées aux travaux de rénovation actuellement en cours dans l'hôtel. Ces travaux sont nécessaires pour moderniser progressivement notre établissement, mais nous comprenons parfaitement qu'ils aient perturbé votre repos et vous présentons nos excuses pour la gêne occasionnée.
Concernant les équipements de la chambre, nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques. Deux draps de bain sont mis à disposition dans chaque chambre et des serviettes supplémentaires peuvent être fournies sur simple demande à la réception. Nos chambres ne disposent effectivement pas de coffre-fort, de réfrigérateur ni de bouilloire, et une poubelle est présente dans la salle de bain. Nous comprenons toutefois que ces équipements aient pu vous manquer au regard de vos attentes.
Nous sommes également désolés que notre petit-déjeuner n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, tant en matière de variété que de qualité. Vos remarques seront partagées avec les équipes concernées afin de poursuivre l'amélioration de notre offre.
Enfin, concernant la vue sur le cimetière de Montmartre, celle-ci fait partie de l'environnement de certaines de nos chambres. Nous comprenons que cela puisse ne pas convenir à tous les voyageurs et regrettons que cet aspect ait altéré votre expérience.
Nous vous présentons une nouvelle fois nos sincères excuses et espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau une fois les rénovations achevées, afin de vous faire découvrir un établissement modernisé.
