Great location and friendly staff. Air-conditioning was a blessing during the high temperatures outside. A nice breakfast is available.

And what if we didn't sleep?
I advise the owner of this hotel to tear down all the partitions and make large dormitories directly, it will be simpler and above all it will prevent guests from hearing the sounds of doors and locks every time someone enters or leaves their room regardless of the time, or hearing the toilet paper being unrolled from its holder by your neighbor who is in the bathroom, or even the phone conversation of your colleague with his wife, while he is in the room next door. Basically, I was able to sleep between 2:00 AM and 3:40 AM and between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. And I won't even mention the size of the room where I have to choose between opening my suitcase or moving around in the ... No sorry, I meant the closet, which looks directly out onto the train station, otherwise it wouldn't be funny. And all that for .... €168. Fly, you fools

New Hotel should be called “Old Hotel”. This property was very dated and the room size was very small. Most importantly there is no central AC at this location. It only offers a portable AC that isn’t strong at all so during summer it was absolutely miserable to sleep at. The furniture was very old and the sheets had stains on them. The bathroom was very small and had one small glass around the shower which meant every time you take a shower, you will wet the entire bathroom. The hotel also doesn’t provide enough towels. It only had three towels so it wasn’t enough to dry everything off. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The only perk was that it is across the street from the Gare du Nord train station. That is it.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, I experienced two significant issues during my stay that need to be addressed.
1. Air Conditioning Was Not Working
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly throughout my stay. Since it was very hot during the summer, this significantly affected my comfort. I believe this issue requires immediate repair to prevent inconvenience for future guests.
2. Airport Shuttle Bus Overcharge
I used the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle pricing was explained as being adjusted according to the number of passengers. I paid the highest rate of €19 per person, based on the assumption that only two passengers would be using the service.
However, the shuttle I actually took had seven passengers on board. Under these circumstances, I do not believe the charge was calculated fairly. I would appreciate either:
A refund reflecting the actual number of passengers who used the shuttle service, or
A hotel voucher of equivalent value as compensation.
I hope the hotel will review this matter and provide a fair resolution.

It was very hot at night… No air conditioning in the room, however I asked for a fan and it was provided.
