Exceptional service and excellent structure in Paris!
Certainly, the big difference of the hotel, no doubt, is the staff. All the staff I had contact with were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I would like to express a special thanks to Guilandra (reception), Lucas (restaurant), Liandra (who was very kind during a phone call), Astrid, Tatiana and Acatch (breakfast coffee). The attention of everyone made the stay even more pleasant.
The location is also a very positive point. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the metro station, which makes getting around Paris very easy.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a wide variety of options and excellent quality. I found especially positive the fact that there are gluten-free options, demonstrating concern in meeting different dietary needs.
Another differential that deserves to be highlighted is the availability of water filters throughout the day, in addition to coffee, teas and biscuits continuously offered to guests. These are small details that make a big difference in the comfort of the stay and demonstrate excellent hospitality.
The room is comfortable and well planned, but I believe that some aspects could be improved. It would be interesting to have an additional luggage holder, a niche or shelf inside the box to accommodate shampoo and other toiletries, plus some closet space to better organize the belongings during the stay.
The bathroom deserves a special note. It is designed as a kind of glass cabin installed inside the room, with plenty of transparency. Although the design is modern, it offers little privacy for those taking a bath, which can be uncomfortable, especially for those travelling accompanied.
Another point I missed was a fridge bar in the room. I understand the hotel's proposal, and there is a refrigerator available at the reception for guests' use, which helps a lot. However, a fridge bar inside the room itself would be much more practical, especially for those who need to store medications that require refrigeration.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. The exceptional service, the quality of the meals, the location and the amenities offered largely offset these small points of improvement. With some adjustments in the structure of the rooms, the experience would be virtually perfect. I recommend the hotel and would definitely stay in it again.
