convenient at the center of Pont-Leveque, with free parking just outside.

Disappointment

Ideally well placed.
That's the only good thing I'd take away.
The owner greets us with a smile explaining that it was under renovation. We understand seeing our room which is from another time (apart from the mattress which is at first glance clean as I checked). Furniture old carpet dubious tapestry of 30 years unstuck, smell of old. Very small bathroom made by a bad Sunday handyman. Rusty shower with a curtain that must also be dated.
Soundproofing problem.
Result we came home at midnight and at 7:30 wake up with the noise we jumped into our clothes and bye bye.
I understand that the establishment has just been taken over but 102 € for that is fucking.
Being in the business I do not tolerate this we close, we condemn the room.

In the city center of this pretty little village of the country of age a hotel of the 50s in its juice a nice wallpaper well passed. A carpet... blue .. a nice shower curtain that sticks to your skin ..
Antique furniture .. but go a good bed of 140 ..

Very Comfortable Beds

Perfect for a one-night stay at a great location in the center of town. Although the room was rather small and the shower was exceptionally small, the beds were very comfortable and my wife and I slept well in this quiet location. Good breakfast. Helpful owner.

Not hurrying back!

This B and B was terrible, room was damp smelling and someone had their tv/ radio on all night and talking in loud voices till 5am. The proprietor charged us extra for two small machine coffees despite me telling him we had no sleep and was not prepared to provide us with any breakfast after 7 am saying boulangeries were closed (which they weren’t). I would have been better off sleeping in my car. The decor was 1970s so if you like the era then it’s worth a visit. The only plus for us was the charming location, beautiful village, and parking so it gets a 1 from us.
