Dishonest hotel with dishonest check-out staff.
A €15 late check-out charge was fraudulently applied to my credit card without permission Sunday 16/08/26 1pm.
A bad-tempered woman on the check-out desk assured us there would be no charge but of course as soon she got us out of the door, she then did apply the charge as retribution for challenging her poor conduct.
Beware, this hotel is not trustworthy, even if you spend €1000 with them they will happily cheat you.

Very beautiful hotel in a quiet area at the gates of Paris.

Very beautiful hotel in a quiet area and in the greenery at the gates of Paris. Staff very attentive, kind. Impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful large room with kitchenette area, beautiful indoor pool, beautiful gym and beautiful terrace, perfect place to rest after days of visiting Paris (very close by Uber or from the Porte de St Cloud metro line). 10 minutes from Roland Garros by Uber.
I highly recommend.

Nice suite with good air conditioning. Friendly and professional service. Near public transport and shops/restaurants in St. Cloud

Super helpful staff, highly recommend

Had a really great experience with this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and super quick from the very beginning. They made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, and were so kind when assisting with changing the dates. Their quick communication and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend!
