Quel plaisir de vous lire, et quelle satisfaction de savoir que l'appréhension du départ s'est dissipée en cours de route.
Vous mettez le doigt sur quelque chose que nous entendons parfois avant l'arrivée : notre adresse surprend sur la carte. Elle prend tout son sens une fois sur place, aux sources du lac d'Annecy, à quelques minutes des rives comme des routes de montagne, un camp de base tranquille pour rayonner, avec un stationnement facile et ombragé, ce qui n'est pas si courant en pleine saison.
Merci d'avoir souligné le petit-déjeuner et notre terrasse. Nos producteurs régionaux y sont pour beaucoup, et les matinées d'été prises dehors sont sans doute le meilleur moment de la journée chez nous. Votre passage au Chalet Florimont nous touche également : notre chef et son équipe seront très sensibles à vos mots sur la table.
Nous espérons vous revoir en Haute-Savoie, en famille, pour un séjour où la visite pourra prendre plus de temps encore.

It's a shame the restaurant was closed (Sunday evening), but we had already been there, and the restaurant is very good.

Je suis ravi que l'hôtel vous ait une fois de plus séduite, et votre compliment concernant l'accueil me touche particulièrement. Concernant le restaurant, vous avez raison : Le Chalet Florimont est fermé le dimanche soir, et je regrette que vous n'ayez pas pu en profiter cette fois-ci, d'autant plus que vous connaissez déjà sa cuisine. J'espère que cela vous donnera envie de revenir en semaine !

All right.
We had a room on the ground floor, very convenient with a dog. The room was spotless, clean, comfortable and with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to my little dog, it really makes the difference.
Many thanks for your warm welcome. We will come back in June for his monitoring visit and I have already booked my room. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
