Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre espace bien-être avec la piscine et le spa, ainsi que le cadre montagnard qui entoure notre établissement. Il est également gratifiant de savoir que la propreté des lieux et l'accueil chaleureux de notre équipe, particulièrement attentive aux enfants, ont contribué positivement à votre séjour.
Concernant les aspects qui ont retenu votre attention de manière moins favorable, nous prenons note de vos remarques sur le service de restauration, notamment les horaires d'ouverture et la disponibilité des plats en soirée. Nous comprenons votre déception face à cette situation et vos commentaires nous aident à identifier les axes d'amélioration nécessaires. De même, nous sommes conscients que l'offre du petit déjeuner et l'équipement pour la cuisson en libre-service peuvent être optimisés, particulièrement en haute saison.

First of all, the staff is pleasant, smiling, and helpful. That is a real positive point, and we have no complaints on that front.
On the other hand, regarding the accommodation, the disappointment was significant. The soundproofing is insufficient and it is extremely hot in the rooms. With summer temperatures, air conditioning seems essential to us. We had to sleep with the windows open, which woke us up very early because of the outside noise. The water pressure also needs to be reviewed.
The biggest disappointment came on the evening of July 14. Returning from the fireworks, we discovered that we had no water at all: impossible to take a shower, flush the toilet, or even use the facilities normally. No member of the staff had warned us. The next morning, my husband and I had to wash up as best we could in the restaurant's shared restrooms. Given the price paid, we would have appreciated a solution being proposed or, at the very least, that customers be informed and a commercial gesture be considered.
Regarding the dining, we are also very mixed. The all-you-can-eat buffet ($25) offers very little choice: only two main courses, such as fish with rice or a breaded dish, accompanied by vegetables. We were expecting a more varied selection. Breakfast ($13) is decent, but you have to cook the eggs yourself. This can be inconvenient, especially when you have to wait for the people before you to finish using the stovetops.
We also note the presence of construction work near the pool. Admittedly, they seem to stop in the early afternoon, but the noise disturbance is very present in the morning. It would be appreciated if this information were clearly indicated at the time of booking to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Finally, the spa and relaxation area (steam room, sauna, small pool, and hot tub) is a real strong point of the establishment. This is what contributed most to improving our stay, along with the kindness of the staff. On the other hand, this area is accessible for an extra charge, which further increases the overall cost. As for our room, the view looked directly out onto the trash cans, which does not really correspond to the "premium" image promoted.
In summary, despite very pleasant staff and an enjoyable wellness area, the value for money did not convince us. For this price level, we expected much higher quality services and comfort. We will not return

Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés que plusieurs points n'aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Les désagréments liés à la chaleur dans la chambre, à l'insonorisation, au débit d'eau et surtout à la coupure d'eau que vous avez rencontrée ont malheureusement impacté votre confort, et nous comprenons pleinement votre déception. Nous regrettons également le manque d'information concernant cette situation, ainsi que le sentiment de ne pas avoir bénéficié d'une prise en charge adaptée.
Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant la restauration, les nuisances liées aux travaux à proximité de la piscine ainsi que la vue depuis votre chambre. Vos observations sont précieuses et nous permettent d'identifier les points sur lesquels nous devons poursuivre nos efforts afin d'améliorer l'expérience proposée à nos clients.
Nous regrettons que le rapport qualité-prix n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Sachez que votre retour a été transmis aux équipes concernées et qu'il sera étudié avec la plus grande attention.
