Stay here at your PERIL!!!!
We had booked two nights given the nightmare journey we had experienced and the larger room to Gove the dog some extra sleeping space. On arrival the room was over 40 degrees in temperature and the man on reception did not offer us a fan - as we later saw others had.
Give it was past 18:00hrs, we could not cancel the second night on the app. We asked the receptionist to do this for us - as had happened similarly in San Sebastián a few nights earlier.
He said it was company policy not to do so - which we knew to be a lie given the helpful receptionist who did this for us after 18:00 in San Sebastián.
The room was dirty and we asked the receptionist to come and clean it - which he did - bringing a vacuum to clean up the bits and seeds scattered around the room.
On the whole I am happy with. the B&B brand but this place was atrocious, dirty and the receptionist appeared to find out predicament funny. Whilst the shocking experience has made me question using B&B in the future, I will return tp the hotels I know where we havre been treated excellently. The rest I may pass upon.

Mediocre hotel, to be avoided.
No air conditioning. Paying €70 for a non-air-conditioned room during a heatwave is already difficult to accept. Additionally, it was impossible to open the window: the hotel is located along one of the busiest roads in Saint-Malo, and the window locking system was broken anyway.
From 6:30 AM, the room became unlivable. In addition to the noise from the breakfast terrace, a strong smell of sewage invaded the room, likely when other guests used the toilets. One can also hear very clearly all the flushes and drains from the neighboring rooms, making sleep impossible.
As someone accustomed to stays in other B&B hotels, I had never encountered such a poor level of service in your chain before. Between the lack of cleanliness, noise disturbances, bad odors, and the absence of air conditioning during a heatwave, this experience was extremely disappointing.
I will never return to this hotel.

Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel.
Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes.
Nous n'avons pas eu de retour de votre part lors de votre séjour, nous aurions pu traiter le soucis de draps sales si vous l'avions constater, pour la climatisation le site n'indique pas que nous sommes climatisés.
A l'avenir, n’hésitez surtout pas à nous faire part de vos remarques. Nous attachons beaucoup d'importance aux avis clients, qui nous permettent de toujours améliorer notre qualité.
