Such a lovely family run hotel 10 out of 10
After traveling all day, with 13 of our familly including a disabled member of the group, we where left stranded on a roadside by booking.com.
With nowhere to go, late into the night, tired, hungry and thirsty and totally abandoned.
I manged to contact our life saver marria, at the hotel.
Despite not being pre booked and not expecting the sudden arrival of 13 people late in the night, she empathised with our situation and pulled out all the stops to help us.
at the dead of night they made room for us all with total empathy for our predicament.
To say we where thankfull is an understatement, it was so refreshing to experience such a personal service from such a caring family.
We woke the next day after a lovely restfull sleep in our fresh clean familly room, we where met by the beutifull surroundings, we then had a stunning breakfast in the eating area next to the pool, the location was second to none, lovely views, and stunning pool area.
Throughout our stay all members of this family run hotel where more than helpfull and could not of made us all anymore welcome, they looked after us all and made us feel our holiday was back on track.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful retreat in beautifull surrounding, topped off with a fantastic service from the whole family.

Hotel Les Bouis is a delightful privately owned and run hotel over looking the bay of Pampelonne.
We have been to Les Bouis many times over the last 10 years; You are made to feel perfectly at home by the hosts, who provide a haven of peace and tranquillity.
It's perfectly situated for Pampelonne beach activities or vineyard excursions.
Within an easy reach of lovely restaurants in Ramatuelle, Gassin and St Tropez.
A true gem on the Cote d'Azur.

Great Location - nice and quiet hotel - lack in service/cleanliness for the price you pay
We have been to the hotel in August. In general we had a good stay at the hotel..however left with the impression that the value for money is unfortunately not the best.
Positive:
- the hotel has a very good location. all major beaches at pampelonne as well as restaurants and beach clubs can be reached by car in around 5-10min. Beautiful look over the pine trees.
- nice and quiet place (however sometimes extremely quiet audience and staff so you can feel uncomfortable as the only talky person at the pool area)
- nice and friendly reception staff
Negative:
- i have stayed at a lot of good hotels in my life in the category 300-400eur but i actually never experienced that the bed linen was not changed over 3-4days. the room felt dirty. This is unacceptable. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and it felt like everyday the cleaning process was an act of 15min even though they only have 23 rooms. high level and not in detail..and even not the water bottle was renewed - in that price category that actually never happened to me.

We are really sorry to read this...It would have been preferable to tell us about it during your stay, we could have explained.
Unfortunetly we had a problem with our room staff and yes things have been complicated for a short period. We are very sorry about it, we never had this kind of comments before.
For the quiet audience and staff, it is a familly hotel, our clients are coming for this reason so they can rest.
Hoping that your stay was still good enough and that we will see you an other time.

Nice property minutes away from Pamplonne beach
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with one kid and an infant.
Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Room was little small for all of us but with a wonderful view and a Terrace. Hotel has a free parking with a gate so closed at night with a pin code.
Location is great, nice pool and amazing view.
Only drawback to us was to be charge 50 euros/night for a foldable bed for our son (12) that was really uncomfortable.
Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Room was little small for all of us but with a wonderful view and a Terrace. Hotel has a free parking with a gate so closed at night with a pin code.
Location is great, nice pool and amazing view.

Tout d'abord merci pour vos compliments concernant l'hôtel, cela fait toujours plaisir à lire.
Pour ce qui est de la chambre, elle n'est effectivement pas prévue pour 2 adultes avec un jeune adolescent et un bébé, c'est pourquoi nous vous avions proposé la chambre duplex vue jardin qui elle, est prévue pour une famille, mais vous avez privilégié la vue mer au détriment du confort.
Quant au supplément de 50 euros par jour, c'est un service payant dans la grande majorité des hôtels pour toute personne supplémentaire.
Nous espérons donc pouvoir vous accueillir ultérieurement dans une chambre familiale qui vous sera plus confortable.
