Welcoming and full of charm!
Le Clos du Barry is a character house located in a quiet place and run by Philippe. The latter is very welcoming, helpful, and full of advice.
Our room was "La Bergerie": very spacious, as was its bathroom area. Equipped with a large refrigerator, a large wardrobe, a lounge area with its small table, a kettle, and its herbal teas.
Le Clos du Barry has a common dining room where breakfasts are served. This room has a refrigerator where one can purchase artisanal beers and lemonades.
The breakfasts are hearty and varied (bread (excellent!), homemade cake, a local specialty (fouace or other), homemade jams, cereals, fruit juices, homemade yogurts, plenty of local fruits, a local cheese... and I must be forgetting some!!! In short: a real treat to start the day off right!
Doing a motorcycle road trip, we had the possibility to put our motorcycle in a safe and sheltered place.
We recommend Le Clos du Barry without hesitation.
