The accomodation was excellent. Wonderful apartment and staff.
The location was not as expected as it was 10 kilometers from acivities and the lake, as pictured. Also, our stay was the end of July and all local restaurants and grocery stores were closed, had to drive 10 kilometers each way.

Great place, have all amenities. Nicely warm and spacious.
Beds must be more comfortable for sleeping.
The beds in children's bedroom are hard and make your back hurt.
But manager is truly helpful and the whole staff.
We had a really great stay!

This so called Residence does NOT PRIVIDE the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap/gel! The lobby sofas are covered with old dirty cloths!
They provide misleading information about everything!
The jacuzzi costs 17 Euros per person for 45 mins!!!
There is no refund on skies, boots and ski pass if you get injured, even after doing what they tell you to do, hours later they say you needed to get an insurance that they never mentioned before. They are not right in front of the bus stop, more like 7 mins going up and down a hill that with big suitcases, is tough!
There are hundreds of better places all around Tignes 2100, 1500 and Val D Isere all with ski lifts and Gongola access, all much better than this crappie place!

The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking.
Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied.
We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the maintence man was so helpful and responsive, he fixed the problem in under 5 minutes from the time I spoke to him. Very hard working staff.
