City center on foot 2’. Close to all amenities on foot.
Metro at the bottom of the building, station 2’ walk.

Very big disappointment
Our stay was disrupted by a planning error on the part of the organizers, forcing us to change lofts urgently. We went from a larger loft to a much smaller loft, with a shower instead of a bathtub and faulty shutters. The insulation of windows remains problematic, causing noise nuisance with the wind and the cold that penetrates.
Very disappointed with this experience, I absolutely do not recommend this property. The accommodation does not match the expected value for money.

Anything but luxurious, not up to standard, expensive and poorly maintained.
Reimbursement proposed but not realized.
Council: Fuyez! In case of problems, no one will answer the 2 numbers available. The view is beautiful but that’s all. It is not maintained properly

Not terrible at all!
Well located for walking but apparently very aging, very poor and old kitchen equipment, a bathroom door that does not close and squeaks abominably, the cleaning is mediocre!!! No human contact is very regrettable! Sorry, we won't go anywhere else next time....
