The hotel rooms were clean and tidy but the showers need new sealant as there were mould spots.
The outside area let it down massively. The pool area was a mess, broken tiles pool liner coming away, steps broken and paintwork peeling. The gardens were extremely messy, leaves everywhere covering chairs pathways poolside area. Grass needed cutting, just looked derelict. Shame because if this was tidied up it would be a really lovely, peaceful place to relax.

Abandoned hotel?!?
While the interior of the establishment is just acceptable, the exterior, the terraces, and the pool are in a dreadful state. Everything seems abandoned, the pool is not maintained, the chairs are broken, there is trash, the ladder to get out of the pool is also broken, the tiles are loose, weeds are everywhere, and the painted concrete is peeling significantly.

The rooms are nice (even the ones at the back in a boring rectangular box building). The food was very good and the staff were in general very polite. However the only let down was that there was no shower gel in the container, had to use the handwash soap dispenser by the sink for a shower. WiFi was good, TV selection limited to a few channels, check-in & out was pretty swift, general up-keep of the hotel was good. Parking was a small concern, it has a big carpark which sweeps down the side of the building but even then there was only 1 space which I gladly took.
If you get a room at the back of the hotel then be prepared for a hike as it is a long walk, especially after a 12 hour drive from the UK, carrying heavy luggage and working outside in the 36deg sun....

Decent hotel, but not really 4 stars.
The stay went well, but we were somewhat disappointed with the facilities as we expected better. However, the hotel is quite nice and the staff is friendly. Well-heated pool; you can even swim at 22 degrees, the water is good, and the sauna is nice.
The breakfast is quite good as well.

Really not great.
Hotel aging... the paintings are flaking, the terrace is poorly maintained... the menu of the restaurant remains the same for months, even years... the SDB is not really much better, when at the bottom of the toilet do not talk about it!

Concernant la restauration, nous regrettons que notre offre n’ait pas su vous satisfaire. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que la carte de notre restaurant est renouvelée deux fois par an, avec une carte Printemps/Été et une carte Automne/Hiver. Cette organisation nous permet de proposer des plats adaptés aux saisons tout en conservant certaines recettes appréciées de notre clientèle.
Les retours de nos visiteurs sont essentiels pour nous permettre d’identifier nos axes d’amélioration et de faire évoluer la qualité de nos prestations.
