Good, but there are a few small shortcomings.

We stayed with dinner included at this Best Western in Vertu. Good welcome. Junior suite 101. Comfortable, good bedding, quiet. Some small shortcomings: no bathrobe, no large mirror, no safe, no Nespresso coffee maker (just a kettle). Otherwise, pleasant decor and very clean. Dinner at Terre de Craie. Nice champagne menu, we had a bottle of Delamotte, blanc de blancs, excellent. Limited choices on the menu but very good and homemade. Asparagus tartare and duck. Good, smiling service.

Beautiful and well-located hotel. The rooms have been nicely renovated and the breakfast is excellent.

Well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is a bit back from the street and is not directly visible from there, as it is sealed off by a fence and a gate. The location is very quiet.
There is a private paid parking lot on the premises with about 15 parking spaces, which is closed off at night. Access is then only possible with a numerical code.
You can also easily park nearby in a parking lot or directly in the street, there are enough possibilities there.
The rooms are well equipped. Kettle, tea, filtered drinking water are available. There are even USB charging sockets for the smartphone on the lamps on the bed.
Everything is very well maintained and clean.
Breakfast is served from 7am on weekdays, and from 7.30am on Saturdays.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is a good base for exploring the Champagne region due to its location.
Approx. 200m from the hotel there is a small bakery, highly recommended and about 500m from the hotel a small supermarket.

Room cold. Asked staff to increase heating but never happened. They even couldn’t switch on towel rail to cold bathroom. Damp showing in bedroom. Hairdryer covered in water which was dangerous. Not enough staff in Hôtel restaurant, waiting an hour between starter and main course. Clearly hotel run on a tight budget to detriment of customers. We booked a superior room which was terrible

Correct hotel, excellent location.

Quietly located in the center of Vertus. Parking that can be closed. Very friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms without frills, nothing to criticize. On-site restaurant. Breakfast better than average.
