Moment of pampering

Very particular and especially real period structure not "reconstructed"
Directly on the sea with all services (train, shops, restaurants) within walking distance
Excellent assistance from Gianfranco that goes well beyond standards
Recommended for moments of total relaxation

Fantastic holiday

Excellent clean and welcoming structure. WiFi in the room and on the terrace in front. The host Mr Gianfranco is helpful and courteous. Unfortunately there are only three parking spaces and therefore it is better to arrive early to find them free. The beach is approximately 200 m away and 100 m away there is the train station. Nice and Monaco are a few km away.

Seaside stay in the fascinating Palazzo

Stay in this structure truly recommended. Convenient to the beautiful free beach in a quiet location overlooking the enchanting gulf of Cap Ferrat. Assistance for any problem from Gianfranco who is always available and Valery who takes care of the cleaning and integrates the equipment needed for the stay. I thank everyone and plan to return

Charming apartment with stunning location

Stunning location on the French Riveria with mini kitchen and free wifi. Charming and tasteful hotel in beautiful area with winding roads. Short walk to old Harbour, beach, museums and many restaurants as well as shopping areas. On the bay of Villefeanche-sur- Mer.

Location is the best feature

The location of this hotel is it's greatest feature, right on the bay with a fantastic view of the harbour, very close to the old town and the train station. We stayed here in mid December with the primary purpose of visiting Christmas markets in various towns along the Cote d'Azur, so the convenient location of the train station was a key factor in our choice. The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. First of all, we had a small 2-person room on the first floor that contained only a couch that converted to a single bed, and a single cot. The layout of the room did not allow for joining the beds together. We're used to European hotel rooms being on the small side, but this room was really tiny. Only the rooms on the first floor are like this, so be warned if you stay here, and hope they put you on a higher floor. The front desk is manned only from 9am to 12 noon, and from 5pm to 7pm. If you are arriving outside of those hours, you should contact them ahead of arrival to ensure someone is present. Free Wi-Fi is available, but only in the lobby, the signal doesn't reach the rooms. The staff is very helpful and courteous, when available.
All in all, we had a great time during our stay and we didn't let the small stuff get us down. It only took us a few nights to get used to the 'coziness', but if we were to stay here again, we would make sure we got a larger room.
