Alpha suites hotel

Alpha suites is the best hotel to stay at in manila! The rooms are so clean giving us a sense of comfort! The hotel provides us with excellent breakfast along with a lot of amenities. The pool was our favorite along with the gym! The alpha suite staff are so well mannered and so nice. Especially Howard! He has given us the best comfort experience at our stay here in manila, always greeting us with a smile on his face making our day. He helped us bring our luggages and belongings up to our room with ease! If you ever see howard here at alpha suites I would recommend staying here. Best hotel i have ever stayed at! Also, HOWARD SAN ANTONIO MVP!

I made a complaint of no hot water. !st receptionist told me there is nothing I can do. Second time I complained they sent a repair guy who made the water slightly hotter, he said all the connections are separate. So long story short I booked another hotel form my paid (14 day stay) and just let the last 5 days go... I asked for a refund but the refused and offered and upgrade on a future stay. Never Again will I book here again.

Perfect short getaway ☀️

People were amazing! From the guards to service staff and front desk. They were very helpful and accommodating (special thanks as well to Ms. Hannah & Ms. Kim for the smooth check in and check out process) ❤️ Also, the coffee on the fifth floor was delicious. Room was spacious and very clean. Great place to unwind - has a lot to offer in terms of activities

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We will definitely try to rebook here again if we can. The room was accomodated to what we needed so it was perfect and if there was something missing you just had to ask. They had a wide range for breakfast and catered to your Mediterranean close to you english breakfast (not quite there) but a lovely try. The swimming pool was also lovely which had a great seating area. We also loved that there was a supermarket right next to us, which you can even access through the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to stay, but everything is definitely accessible whether you take a cab or walk.
