Relaxing stay, good diving experience
Relaxing, clean, friendly staff. There are enough indoor activities when weather did not permit outdoor activities.
Kudos to all the diving staff esp to Dency. Kristel and Bernadette from the Pico resto are particularly helpful. Suzy from the front desk was also very friendly and professional, we really felt welcome the moment we stepped in. We had a good massage, thanks to the staff of their Spa.
As a point if improvement, divers (non-member) should be allowed to step out and walk the path going to the dive center without an issue. During our first visit to the dive center, we were not allowed to walk the few steps path going to the center because it is ‘exclusive’ for members. As a result, we ended up walking from the beach and along the member’s swimming pool area, which defies their exclusivity rule.
Good dive and goid stay. Thank you Piso and til next time.

A mediocre dinner experience at Lagoa Restaurant
The food was delicious, the Pasta Alfredo had much sauce and was very creamy and tasty, while the Club Cheeseburger was exceptionally juicy and was quite tender. However, the food came very late, and it took around 15-20 minutes to come, and the portions did not reflect on the price, 650 for a simple cheeseburger, and 600 for Pasta Alfredo is not a reasonable price. The dining room was peaceful and well-lit. The staff was also very kind, especially Nhycos and Angeline as they offered a complimentary hot lemon water to her because she could not drink cold water. Overall, we enjoyed the food, the customer service was good, but the portions could be larger and the serving time should be shorter.

Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part.
Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel.
The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends.

Overall we had a great two night stay, but would have liked to have seen a bit more restaurant/food options and more comp hotel guest benefits (like free towels at the beach and pool, and free facility use for bowling, billards, etc.), especially since we paid a fairly high room rate for a hotel stay in the Philippines.
