DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL. WORST STAY EVER!
STAFF: 5/10
From the start, the experience was unpleasant. The receptionist was rude, and the key given to us was dirty, leaving a bad impression.
CLEANLINESS: 3/10
We were shocked to find the room clearly unclean,dust everywhere, stained pillowcases, and unchanged musty linens. The bathroom was worse, with a used toothbrush in the sink, a wet floor, and smudged mirrors.
We also noticed that some furniture looked broken and worn out. The curtains were stained and smelled musty. You could tell this place hasn’t had proper maintenance in a long time.
DINING AREA: 4/10
The dining area was just as bad. The tables were sticky, flies were everywhere, and there were bird droppings on the glass window,absolutely gross! We lost our appetite and didn’t even bother to finish our food.
The hotel room feels old, dirty, and neglected. It’s not just a matter of cleanliness,No effort is made to make guests feel comfortable or welcomed.
OVERALL: 2/10
This place seriously needs a complete renovation and a new team of trained staff. I will never come back here and I strongly advise others to stay away. There are far better options nearby.

Dugyot Hotel
Nag stay po kami dito ng 2 days, we payed 2110 Php on Agoda.com for 1 day and extra 2800php upon arrival.
Ito po experience ko sa 45 hotel extension:
Reception: 7/10 friendly po ung nag check in samin around 11am
Upon entry the Room: 5/10- Ma feel mo na hindi nalinisan or napalitan ung bed linens
Cr/Shower: 1/10 used toothbrush on towel rack, shower rack/toilet tap are broken- matagal ng sira pero walang nag aayos or walang pkialam ang hotel , cold water kung mag shower ka, soap scums sa soap holder at shower walls ( dugyot ng shower).Nireport namin pero hindi nila inayos. Walang chemicals na ginamit sa paglinis at ung footrug ay basa.
2025 na update nyo naman t.v at internet nyo kasi ang bagal from 4am to 9am. sa gabi mabagal din.
Upon check out /Reception: 2/10 Naka simanggot ung receptionist , parang gusto ka nyang kainin (medyo matanda na long hair)
Overall experience: 2/10 sayang pero ninyo dito sa 45 Hotel, mag check nalang kayo sa Bloomfiled hotel, additional extra 100-200 Pesos lang po, malinis, presko at mabanggo ung kwarto, my Aircon pa sila. Worth it po sa Bloomfield na mag check in.

Loom
had brunch at the loom, what happened to the hotel 45 restaurant? We have had brunch there several times and the quality of the food has gone way down...bummer...we live local and this in the past, was a real treat...the french toast is different, the grits are way too cheesy/salty. My waitress was polite and Im reluctant to post this but it is a restaurant and her finger nails were dirty. The bacon is different, almost everything is seemingly different and not in a good way....What Happened????

Great location
The accommodation is just across the street to SM Baguio and near to other spots in the city. The room is basic, Wi-Fi works, there is a restaurant at the reception area. The downside is that the place needs some renovation and also since it is beside the a busy thoroughfare it is very noisy with passing vehicle traffic well into midnight.

THE MOST DREADFUL EXPERIENCE EVER
The receptionist (Ginny or sounds like it) was one of the rudest person we ever encountered. Arrived in the hotel past 1pm and we were told that our preferred room was not available (family room) so we chose 3 separate regular rooms instead. We were then told that the rooms were being cleaned and will be ready by 2:30pm. Come 3pm, we were still waiting and the receptionist did not even update us on the status of the cleaning. She was just chit chatting with another staff. We later learned that the rooms were not being cleaned and she has no plans of letting us check in so we just left.
Yes, the hotel location is great. But the treatment they will give you is not worth it. Plus, the hotel doesn't look like a hotel anymore. It's filthy all over.
