A Place Worth Coming Back To
My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! We were able to attend two of their events, Ghibli Night and Direk Sigrid P. Bernardo’s Owning a Seat at the Table, and both were thoughtfully curated and such a great experience.
The food was excellent, and their coffee and matcha are definitely must-tries. The chef was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed everything, while the staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay.
I also loved our room. It was cozy, clean, and the beds were incredibly soft. The whole place gave me the warm, cozy cabin vibes that remind me of Baguio.

Avocado Toast

As someone who visits Baguio often and loves staying in unique Airbnbs, this is definitely one of my favorites. I can’t wait to come back and see what future events they have in store.

Great Stay at the Guest House
Nice cozy location in an accessible area. Quiet and peaceful. Good for resting and doing your own work. Rooms are clean and fragrant. Value for money is good. Atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Jevon who had genuine care for the guests and efficient in addressing concerns. His patience is rare in this industry.

Excellent Stay in Baguio
Stayed with friends (w/ two babies) and booked a two bedroom cottage and a deluxe room. The location is excellent and very convenient.
The waiters and hotel personnel were attentive, proactive, and very quick to respond to our requests. What really made the experience memorable was the service. We asked if we could hangout for late night snacks at the deck around 11 p.m., and the staff gladly accommodated us even though the restaurant was already closed. They even offered us drinks and asked if we wanted all the string lights turned on, which we declined. This was already close to 2 a.m., so that level of attentiveness was definitely a big plus.
The rooms were well maintained, although there were some signs of mold in the bathroom, which is understandable given Baguio’s cold climate and the enclosed bathroom layout.
One suggestion would be to add sheer curtains for extra privacy. I believe none of the rooms have sheer curtains, but for the cottage, this is especially vital since people can literally see all our activities, whether we were eating in the dining area or watching TV. There were even walk-in guests taking group photos, and we had to move because we were in the background and they could clearly see us having snacks at the dining table, which was honestly a bit funny. Using warm white lighting in the shared spaces could also help create a cozier atmosphere while improving privacy.
The ceiling fans were a big plus, although they seem to need some fixing as they turned on and off on their own. At first it felt a bit creepy, but when we realized all of us experienced the same thing, we ended up laughing about it the next day.
The hot and cold shower was somewhat inconsistent. We reported this to the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to assist us. They explained that the current tank capacity is small, which is very understandable for a boutique hotel.
Overall, I would rate our stay a solid 4.7 out of 5.

Hotel staff is friendly and heplful. Although the room we stayed was clean and with useful amenities in the bathroom, I wish the sink was equipped with hot water.

Brent Guest House was absolutely fantastic for us. We found that every detail between our arrival and check out was a testament to the authentic warmth, comfort and excellence. That really made our Baguio travel memorable.
Warm Welcome
The friendly and professional staff welcomed us with a warm greetings, cup of tea, followed by an informative introduction to the property. Check-in was smooth, efficient and welcoming from the outset.
The Room
Our room exceeded our expectations. It was pristine, brilliant, smelling fresh, clear of dust and free of insects. After a hot day exploring the city, this room was large, quiet and well-appointed.
The bed with silky-soft, freshly laundered linens and towels as well. The room was also well stocked – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, slippers, toothbrushes, safety deposit box, hair dryer, closet, microwave, cocktail table for dining, coffeemaker with a mini fridge stuffed with drinks and snacks. It was all taken care of, down to the last detail in a way that made it not just practical – comfortable even – so that one can have the most leisurely stay possible.
Facilities
In addition to its guest rooms, Brent Guest House features delightful self-catering cottages perfect for families, reunions, group getaways and special occasions. Moreover, the property has an aesthetically designed function hall that is an ideal venue for weddings, parties, conferences, and other special events of your life.
Dining Experience
Each and every meal we had—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—was tasty and filling. The food was freshly cooked and served by polite, friendly staff who had been retained for being professionally attentive.
Safety and Security
We were impressed with how committed the property was to making sure guests are safe. Secured automatic door locks and 24-hour security left us feeling safe and comfortable for the duration of our stay.

We liked the tranquil atmosphere most. With giant pine trees, colourful flowers and neatly manicured gardens all around this idyllic place, the property is filled with a fresh and peaceful atmosphere. Located in a peaceful area, the Brent Guest House is within walking distance to landmarks such as SM Baguio, Baguio Cathedral and other attractions of the city.
