A small and pleasant place.

This lodging is basic, though clean.
If you are
looking for something a bit on the fancier side or a bit more posh and comfortable, you perhaps would want to look elsewhere… however, if you enjoy being on the beach, quiet mornings, and evenings. With a lovely restaurants ( limited menu ) and bar…
Then you will enjoy this facility. A 20 second walk down the back steps to the beach for a wonderful morning walk or a sunset evening walk in the sand with the ocean lapping over yiur feet. Always some pleasant and enjoyable music playing in the open bar area. The mattresses are not thick though comfortable enough.
The Restaurant:::
I do recommend the chicken sandwich, very tasty .
Teresa and Christy at the front counter, arranged my being picked up from the ferry port, Nick, who was bartending is a very enjoyable young fellow to have a conversation with.
Overall, their service is phenomenal.
****Do be advised !!!!!****
once your transportation brings you to the property ( semi close ) you still have approximately 300 m downhill over uneven terrain to walk. And when departing approximately 300 m uphill over uneven terrain to the pick up point.

This is far away, and you need to walk a few minutes before reaching the hotel. Book only beachfront rooms, which is family and dormitory type. The other type of room is not good, broken, and not on the beachfront.

Omg super disappointed for this room type. They call this extension. Requested to transfer to other room but unfortunately no available room. Super hassle the road.
Will never ever book on this hotel again.

This hotel should be listed as a walk in only location. After booking, it was shown as non refundable. And then a message from the hotel is sent, going on about some legal dispute with road access, and that guests had to basically hike in to the location. I replied to the message with our arrival time and information, but no response. I did call from the ferry terminal and again once we got to the drop off spot on a 4x4 road. The boys from the hotel came, and carried our bags for us.
Not an ideal situation considering we also had an infant and had to negotiate a rugged goat trail part of the way.
Water gushed out of the sink drain when using the sink, and the toilet seat was barely attached by one bolt. The location on the beach and setting are nice. But for the price and logistics of getting there, not worth it.

Great place super nice atmosphere and the best cocktails in panglao! A little bit remote but really awesome
