Location

A nice and clean Pension house, with good amenities. The rooms are good and big.
Ask for the room named Matigsalug on the upper floor. The room is comparatively bigger than the others.
Located at a major intersection, and easily accessible to places. You have taxis, jeepneys and tricycles round the clock.

Bad staff experience

Our stay overnight was quite nice, but the staff are rude. We had a problem about booking payment. We payed via online but the hotel made us pay again. When we tried to get a refund the supervisor refused to give and made a lot of unnecessary comments. It was very much hassle to our side. Again the staff was impolite although we tried to talk in civil manner.

Basic. Cheap price. Good location.

Stayed here for 2 nights since my younger brother & I needed a place to sleep overnight while our mom was having a surgery in the nearby hospital. I payed 700 per night for the two single beds. It's a pension house, so don't expect too much. There was a cockroach beside the bedroom door. The bathroom is not appealing but there's a functioning water faucet in it. The tv was old, but at least there are cable channels. Air-conditioner was also working fine. It was just in the corner of two highways, and just in front of a convenience store. Also jollibee fast food was just a walk away.

Accessible Location

Hotel is situated at Vamenta Blvd corner Serina St. Most drivers will know this place when you say it is at KSY crossing. From the airport. you can just go out of the airport premise and wait for a jeep. It just cost 17 pesos one way and about 20 minutes ride (without traffic). Beware of the taxis inside the airport, they will charge you between 250-300 pesos. When the taxi is metered, it will just cost around 150 pesos at most.
From the hotel, if you want to go Divisoria, Agora Bus Terminal or Limketkai Mall, you can just take a jeep across the street or in front of the hotel depending on your destination.
Room is fairly sized and it comes with breakfast. For single occupancy, its P800/night. For double occupancy using a matrimonial bed, it cost P850/night. If yo prefer 2 single beds for double occupancy, they charge P900/night. Breakfast is served inside your room.
Room comes with hot and cold water (good water pressure), aircon and TV. Pillows are quite soft so I had a hard time sleeping. Aircon is working well except they need to re-position their closet as the air from the aircon is landing on top of the cabinet preventing the cool air to reach the bed

Just another average inn

We stayed for a night here when we were in CDO. Their rooms are for 2 people which costs P800, P850 and P900 though I didn’t get the chance to know the differences. Their rates already include breakfast for two. Since we were a group of four, we opted to get the P900 room that they have. We just paid P250 for an extra person with breakfast and another P200 for another bed. The problem here is that the receptionist didn’t explain to us that the extra person charge doesn’t come with a bed to sleep on. We ended up paying a bit more than what we allotted due to the misunderstanding of the rates. In short, we had to pay per extra person and per extra bed.
The room isn’t that spacious as well though I can complement their air conditioning unit as it’s better compared to the other ones we tried renting. Personnel are alright I guess except for the misunderstanding part when we booked the room.
Overall, I’m not very pleased with this inn. Again, that’s only because I’m with a group and we had a misunderstanding about the rates.
